We absolutely love this little gem tucked away in the charming town of Stirling. Ruby’s Organic Café is the perfect spot for anyone who’s gluten intolerant, health-conscious, or simply appreciates wholesome, flavour-packed food. You can feel totally at ease here, knowing that what you're eating has been prepared with care and quality ingredients.
Their menu offers a wide range of options. From deliciously satisfying toasties to full breakfast and lunch meals, plus a tempting selection of desserts and sweets that are well worth saving room for. Every bite feels nourishing without compromising on flavour.
One of our favourite things about Ruby’s is the outdoor seating. It gives you a front-row view of Stirling’s main street, where there’s always something happening. On weekends, it’s especially lively—car groups often cruise by showing off their vintage or custom rides, and the market buzz adds to the relaxed, vibrant atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to sit, sip, and soak up the Stirling vibe.
Prefer something a little quieter? Their indoor space is warm and inviting too, with a cosy charm that makes you feel right at home.
Whether you’re after a quick coffee or a leisurely brunch, Ruby’s is a Stirling favourite we keep...
Read moreWe live in the hills and like to try different places. Went here for brunch and were really disappointed. Might be okay if you're going for a coconut turmeric latte and a gluten free cookie, but for ordinary fair it was terrible. Staff were dour and unfriendly, not a smile among them. Got attitude for asking for coffees in a takeaway cup (we like to take them with us when we go). Ended up spilling my coffee everywhere as the table was wobbly, and had to move to another table, and got offered another coffee when we were pretty much finished eating. I declined, it was not a good coffee anyway. Food took ages to come out, and the omelette was bland and full of dry tasting ham. Husband's breakfast was terrible and oily, he didn't even finish it. I think in future we'll stick to Hahndorf where there are plenty of lovely...
Read moreWe had brunch here today and we were sadly disappointed. This place was recommended to us by the locals which is understandable because they were only nice to the regulars. We had our two year old with us and they put us in the corner where they store their heat and dump their dirty dishes. The staff are very unwelcoming (in saying that the two younger staff that start while we were there were lovely) and the barista looked very unhappy to be there. We ordered and 25 minutes later we got burnt coffees. Food was hot and fresh but tasteless and took about 45 minutes...
