Had a great time at KFC Subiaco for several reasons that contributed to a memorable experience. From the moment I entered, the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff greeted me warmly, making sure I felt comfortable and ready to enjoy my meal. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with an inviting ambiance that added to the enjoyment. The highlight, of course, was the food. I ordered one of KFC favorites—whether it was the crispy chicken, the classic Zinger burger, or maybe the indulgent sides like creamy mashed potatoes, crunchy coleslaw, and golden fries. The chicken was perfectly fried, with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and tender juiciness on the inside. This is the third time I have ordered from KFC Subiaco and each time I think it’s the worst experience ever but each time they strive to do worse.

The first time I almost got food poisoning due to their chicken not being cooked properly (see attached photo)

The second time I waited 30mins in store and received undercooked chips and they were half filled in the box. The chicken was also dry.

Today, I placed an online order for 6 hot and crispy and the burger feast at 6:07pm on the app and it has been over an hour and a half and we have not received it. I have been keeping an eye on it and theres been three separate drivers that got to the restaurant waited then left.

I have tried to call delivery support and they told me there was nothing they could do since the restaurant isn’t picking up.

I tried calling the number on google maps as well and “it is temporarily out of service” or whatever. Why would you not update the number to your restaurant so customers have a way of contacting you? Or at the very least give us a text to let us know why there is a delay.

Unfortunately, this is the only KFC anywhere near me but after today. I’d rather not order from them at all than risk it again. Especially after paying $50+ each time to receive this service. And after typing this all out, the food still hasn’t arrived. Waiting 2 hours for fast food is the...

Was excited to try the zinger nachos, but the photo below shows what I received from the drive through and against every moral fibre in my body, I returned after opening them at home because it was really inexcusable. I'll set the scene, it was midday on a Saturday...

Me: hey, I was just here in the drive through and ordered the zinger nachos and got this (showing the below) Server: (takes the box out the back for everyone to look at and returns) Did you order the zinger nachos? Me: yes Server: These are the zinger nachos Me: (kind of speechless) there is no guacamole or salsa??! Server: oh we sold out of guacamole Me: right, well that's maybe worth mentioning when I ordered and/or received Server: sorry, we gave you extra cheese Me: did you? um okay, well please kindly remake these fresh, given I've been home and back again and also there's no salsa.

Which they did but weren't stoked about it and it wasn't much better. Put in a complaint to KFC and they gave me a code for a free 600ml...
