Completely disgusted with my experience!!. Firstly I was placed in a room that stank of mold, the toilet had black mold and feces crawling up the bowl, the fridge leeked through the carpet and the air-conditioned was riddled with black mold. When I approached management for a remedy for the state of the room she (Ananda) was rude and dismissive and replied with "if you don't like your room then I can refund your money and you can leave", then proceeded to turn around and walk off. I then approached another manager with my complaint, and his remedy was we can organise deep cleaning your room. Which over the course of 4 days never happened. I was charged $500 dollars for the week by the 5th day I had checked out and approached management for some form of refund and I was told that my weekly rate has now been changed to a daily rate and I will not be receiving a refund. I was a local recipient at the pub attached to the accommodation as a result of the complete and utter failures of management being able to remedy my mind bogling experience I will never go back to that venue ever again. truly disgusting...

We did not realize this hotel is inside a gambling parlour when we booked it. This is against my religion. We arrived and asked Sujohn Muhammed at the front desk if we could cancel the booking as we didn’t realize it was a pokies hall, he said it was okay if we cancelled but since the booking was done by a third party he couldn’t cancel it on his end. He said he would make a note in his system that we were cancelling. When my credit card company called Sujohn to confirm the cancellation, he lied to them and said that the hotel reception wasn’t in a gambling parlour, that the hotel and casino were completely separate, and that the cancellation was not approved. A quick look at the photos and videos posted to their Facebook page surely shows the truth. Such a dishonest man and business. Lovely service and help from the young lady behind the bar thank you. But that's where it ends. Food our first order we couldn't have. Meals came out before the starters. The starters were half way through our meal. 1 meal was incorrect. Said it had Bacon. Got no Bacon. The steak was meant to be rib fillet was not .The chips were cold. Other 1 meal came out after the first 2 meals were almost finished. Then the 4th meal also came out missing Bacon steak wasn't rib fillet like the menu said. And it was over cooked. Got one refund for 1 meal only got refund for the price of Bacon for the other. Manager to busy to come out. Leaving floor staff to cope . Definitely will not be back. We vote with our feet.
