Coolabah Tree Cafe Nambour — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I've been coming here since I was a kid, the potato gems and gravy are the best thing on the menu so I've never tried anything else. However I brought my boyfriend here not long ago and he wanted to try something different so he ordered some sort of chicken burger. Turns out the potato gems aren't the only good thing on the menu (who would've thought). On the bad side, there have been few times where I have gotten friendly customer service here. I work in hospitality and I wouldn't act the way they do with patrons. The inside seating and ambience has always been terribly awkward as you randomly lock eyes with a person sitting half a metre from your table, but that's just the Nambour plaza. Overall, I think management needs adjusting, and I hope they never take the gems...

Every time I get something from this place it’s only a cheap meal it’s always overcooked or rubbery way overpriced like $5.50 for 2 potato scallops a huge ripoff not even cooked properly it was luke warm not even hot enough like come on for a place in Nambour in a food court you should be better then that I go to a fish and chip shop bigger hotter better and not over priced or overcooked do better or shutdown and I see most of your staff just talk and make customers wait just do your job or don’t bother I won’t be eating here again I prefer to go hungry if this is the last bit of food on the planet even other people think the same do better I’ve had better food...

Absolutely discussed in this joint today, after waiting in line with my partisapant for some time the Indian guy there, took one look up and down at us and walked to another lady to serve her, that had only just showed up, it is unacceptable to shun the disability community of like that, I corrected his manner only to be told to go over there to that girl, a beautiful young black haired lady that was more then happy to serve us and talk to my partisapant.
