Extremely poor service on Saturday afternoon 17/6/23. 3 staff on, not busy at all. Stood at the counter waiting to be served while one of the staff finished chatting with her friend. One girl was cooking and another girl appeared to be busy doing other things. After waiting 20 minutes and finally able to get someone's attention I asked how much longer it was going to be. Another woman arrived after me who was STILL waiting on her order of 12, she left and came back twice. It was obvious that there was an issue with either the batter or the machine, however it doesn't take 20 minutes to cook 3 donuts.. One girl appeared to have a problem working out how many donuts were in a bag because she spent about 5 minutes counting and recounting them.. At no point was an explanation, an apology or a refund offered. It was another 5 minutes or more before I eventually got my cold donuts, Had my grandchildren not been expecting them I would've given up and left.. I advised that I would be complaining about the poor service and asked for their names. I apologise for this because I was given their names when she was not obligated to give them to me. Staff were obviously being trained however the person training clearly was not interested. The service was long and poor, I felt bad for the young girls as they looked so l0st. I originally emailed the company as I've never had a bad experience here bef0re however that was not productive.

Please, if you employ young staff, ensure the person training is properly supporting the new team members.

All three staff were m0re interested in cleaning and counting money (at 12.30) than they were with customer service.
