I asked the price for the 2 x tuna sushi rolls. I was told they were $5. I then asked how much they were normally. He said $8. I said, that was expensive, considering that most Sushi places charge around $2.50 each, normally. He then told me that , i was "rude". So...in saying that... I was given a bowl of rice, pinch of salad and a sliced up thin bit of chicken schnitzel that looked like it had come from the frozen Isle at Woolworths. Honestly, there was no freshness to the meal, nor did it feel or taste like real chicken, it was white inside but not freshly made in the kitchen. Definitely not Katsu .. I even asked before ordering it if it was freshly made, which he said it was. Looked nothing like the photo on the menu (separately freshly fried chicken Katsu), just a lazy frozen schnitzel. What a shame, it was awful. Do not recommend, disappointed they lied and it was $15!?...
   Read moreTried their Taro Milk Tea and omg, it was chefâs kiss! Not too sweetâjust the right amount of taro flavour. I also had the Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl and it was SO yum! Crispy, tasty, and super satisfying.
If I could make one tiny suggestion (not that Iâm the chef haha), perhaps consider adding potato to the katsu bowl? A lot of classic Japanese katsu dishes come with it and it just makes it feel a bit more homey and authentic. But honestly, it was still a solid meal. Will definitely keep coming back for...
