Donut King Sunland — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

On numerous occasions I have been disappointed, from having no hot dogs and being told it would be a fifteen minute wait, then coming back and being told it would be another 15 minute wait, have tried to get toasties in the past at 3 pm and told it's shut down, and today no ice cream so no milkshakes today, I really like don't king , and this store was was good until three months ago, at the moment it seems the lack of experience managing a foot outlet is very evident, coupled with poor ordering, Coles is in the same complex and there is plenty of ice cream there I do realise that we are in a busy holiday season but that's not a good enough reason for not having stock and performing poorly when it's the best time to get it right, such a shame, previously there were 2 great staff that worked really hard and everything used to be spot on Maybe more training, or more supervision of the current team

Very disappointing when you come here with your children looking forward to a simple coffee and afternoon snacks for them as a treat and get told just before 4:30pm (note that they shut at 6pm), that they have turned off their coffee machine and are only selling the remaining doughnuts in the window, not even any hot cinnamon ones or any other food. Just milkshakes and what’s in the cabinet.

I wonder if the owners know that their staff are operating their business this way, if I was the business owner I would be very upset to know my staff were turning away multiple sales. As I was not the only one who enquired and was turned away.

as soon as i was there i was served by a blonde girl with curly hair who put in no effort to smile, spoke very quietly. I tried to order the package deal that comes with 2 cinnamon donuts, any drink and ANY hot dog. The sign specifically said this. She then tried to charge me $2 more than the price on the sign and when i asked why she told me that the package deal is only the plain hotdog despite the sign. She refunded me the $2 in CASH which is very annoying and then i asked for there to only be a little bit of mustard on the hotdog and the majority tomato sauce, when i got the hotdog it was completely smothered in mustard which was disgusting and a tiny dribble of tomato sauce at the bottom, with a hole in the...
