Today my husband and I came in for coffee after a bunnings run, there was a short, brown haired woman who kept swearing and muttering under her breath, raging at the blonde waitress, slamming things around, giving us fake smiles like we couldn't see how unprofessional she was. It made us so uncomfortable that we thought about just leaving before even receiving our coffees. Once they did come out, they were so scalding hot that it had turned bitter and burnt our tongues. By far the worst coffee on the coast. Will not be coming back, purely for that woman and the too-hot, bitter coffee
RESPONSE; we did not order extra hot coffee. Is this the cafe next to officeworks called you had me at hello? Because I'm almost positive I did not get the wrong cafe. My husband said he is willing to come in and discuss this issue with you face to face because she was abhorrent and the fact that you're condescendingly replying to my review is disgusting and confirms we will never be...
Read moreFirst time here today & what a lovely experience! This place lives up to its name - they had me at "Hello" with a very warm & engaging welcome from staff as we entered the Cafe. Staff were super friendly & explained menus & ordering as soon as we walked in. Cafe design & atmosphere is fantastic - dont be fooled by the small store front - heaps of space at the back by the atrium. Everything was very clean & we loved the decor & plants. Food service was quick, well priced & delicious - everything cooked to perfection - even the chips which so many places ruin these days. Staff were very friendly, quick & professional - cleared our table after eating & offered to put my husbands remaining burger in a take home bag before we even asked. Thanks for a great experience - will be...

The zucchini fritters I could have done a better job at home, very underseasoned and left a residue of grease in my mouth for the rest of the day. The "crispy kale" on top was literally dried kale that looked like it has been left out of the fridge with no oil or seasoning. My partner had the brekkie burger and the hash brown was greasy, undercooked and cold inside. I regret not asking for a refund, only saving grace was cheaper than most breakfasts around the area. Friendly staff but...
