I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jango Korean BBQ Restaurant, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food, without a doubt, was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and the flavours were absolutely mouth-watering. Each bite was a tantalizing explosion of savoury goodness. What truly set Jango Korean BBQ Restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the manager. The entire team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure that every guest had a memorable dining experience. They were more than happy to guide us through the menu, explain different dishes, and even offer personalized recommendations based on our preferences. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate any special requests truly elevated the dining experience. Moreover, the manager deserves special mention for going above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable time. He personally checked on our table multiple times, making sure we had everything we needed and even engaging in delightful conversation. Friday night dining at JANGO Korean BBQ. First time trying this Korean barbecue on the coast. ———Food——— The food was fantastic. I ordered the sizzling Bulgolgi that came with small side dishes like rice, radish, and seaweed. That was my favourite. The fried chicken was also great. The tteokbokki was just okay, I didn’t think there were enough on the plate and there were more onion and veggies than rice cakes there. The barbecuing meat is quite expensive. It will be better to cook the meat first and then cut with the scissors after, because a lot of the meat, namely chicken and pork, were quite fatty and hard to cut when raw. The wagyu was marbled meat and was sublime. They serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including Soju in multiple flavours. ———Service——— The staff were attentive to the needs of customers, and helpful and friendly. The did a great job of serving the food. The chefs worked well and quickly, and meals were delivered to tables within 10 minutes. The barbecue grill is large and can accomodate much food, so you can fry a lot at a time. ———Atmosphere——— The style of the restaurant is modern, comfortable, and minimal. They have a lovely traditional tile decoration along the walls, and two television screens showing videos of people enjoying Korean BBQ, as well as some K-POP music videos. The volume of the tv wasn’t loud, so I don’t think any Audio was coming out. Great for hearing your friends and family around the table. This place is casual to smart casual dress code, and good for families and couples. It’s spacious and has an outdoor area also with heat lamps if it gets cold

The food is excellent. Clean and precise like an army camp, it lacks personally and some miscommunication with staff. There is a tablet system, but then you need to leave your table to pay prior to the food arriving. This interrupts the flow of enjoyment because you need to get up if each time if you want to add to your order. Our tablet locked when we wanted to order drinks and add ons, the staff are a bit like robots so we were unable to get any assistance so couldn't order more. The layout is incredible with table barbecues and copper look suspended flue's dropping down from the ceiling at each table. If you are a meat head you will love the meaty BBQ experience. ACCESS 👩🏼🦽 Flat, but they have booth seats so you'll need to navigate this. NUERODIVERSE 🎧 Noisy and chaotic. Once you're inside the booth seating you'll feel more secure. People with Autism will love the tablet ordering system if it's working properly.

That was an unbelievable experience! I was very hesitant due to the location of the restaurant but omg, the wagyu beef was soft a greasy, the combination of vegetables that comes included with any bbq order it’s generous and the amount of meat is perfect. We took the combo A pork and Wagyu beef combination and I believe it was the best decision as it let us enjoy the pork with the vegetables and the wagyu beef on it’s own. Service, despite being a bit different as you order on the ipad and staff members hardly talk to you unless you ask something was however extremely polite and friendly. They answered and help us with any request we did, and including the staff in the kitchen went out to assist us. Definitely a 5 star experience, don’t let the “pricey” look of the barbecue sets put you away. It is so much worth it.

Ordered pork soft tofu soup. Taste is not bad. However, the pork was cut in chunks and full of fats. Barely any meat. Most pork soft tofu soup I had from Korean restaurants are sliced. We were told they are premium pork. Doesn't look premium to me, to be honest. We also ordered the combo D, the pork combo. There is no description in the ordering menu as to what is included in the combo. I.e. side dishes, etc. End up ordering double lettuce and then the same sides from the pork soft tofu soup set. Staff were kind enough to deduct them. The meats in the combo were roughly cut (to thick) which makes it hard to cook. My husband had a tough time cutting the meat into small pieces to fasten the cooking process. I give thumbs up to the good service regardless.

The foods are so good. We have ordered plenty of dishes like the bulgogi, spicy beef soup, soft tofu soup, and the pork and wagyu meat for grilling. All the side dishes complement the mains we ate and are absolutely yummy. My favorite among the foods we ordered are the spicy beef soup and the soft tofu. But everything we ate are really great like the very tender wagyu meat and bulgogi. I’m just really into soup so I enjoyed the Spicy beef soup a lot. The flavour is so savoury and the level of spiciness is just enough. PERFECTION! I will definitely be back again. 🤤 ps. not to mention the very cozy place and very friendly staff members. Excellent! 👍
