I endeavoured my upcoming of late night digesting. I decided to head towards Maccas, after finishing a long 3HR SHIFT!!!! I found myself frothing at the mouth for a Large McCrispy Deluxe meal with a large Fanta. I must say, they were speedy with their delivery, and efficient to proceed me on my journey home. I arrived back at my place of living, where I found myself craving the food. The chips were salted very well, however for a large, I was disappointed. Whereas for the burger, I enjoyed the crispiness and juices that oozed out. HOWEVER, after reaching the final bite, I found there was a lack of sauce in certain areas of the burger. A small, but very drastic fault. Overall, a really well done job to get me going on my way.
I was made aware by a recent friend however, that they fail to hand the right food. This is a common mistake at fast food and I understand the difficulty in a midnight rush. However, I was told that they purposefully give the wrong orders if someone has already got the wrong order. This is very disappointing, I will not disclose the employee that made me aware, but if I were you managers at Minyama, I would step up. As a result of this, my star rating won't be effected, but the service star will lower.
You've done it again, you impressed me. I went on a dine out with a lad of mine. We accomplished a climb to hungry Jacks where we thought were serving the best, but I must say i was wrong. I set off course with my friend after completing our battle of food, and went to my favourite "Maccy D's" as some call it. I must say, I got a McFlurry so I could laugh at the counter opposing man staring against me over topping the counter, and without hesitation whoosh wham squirt clap: "Here's your McFlurry sir". I was in utter shock. Mitchell was the man, someone I knew from school, and I must say, he severely impressed me tonight. Might consider all my opportunities for dining in next time...
Impeccable, efficient, hasty, quickly, works that I can use to describe the work of my dear friend Mitchell Lonergan. He greets me, giving me some eye signals, not sure what that was about, but anyway. He made it aware to me that there was a cherry ripe McFlurry, and holy guacamole, it made me flabbergasted. He said that he would make it with speed for me, and flippity lippity Schwip Schwop, McFlurry! It was amazing, this man consists of the power of two men with the combined speed of the flash and quicksilver. Highly warranted 5 star rating for service, and must I say, the suggestion for a cherry ripe mcflurry was incredibly wise.
13/03 Another delightful experience at McDonald's Minyama. Decided to pop in for one of my favourite McFlurry's Mini M&m's. I was hastily delivered my treat, thankfully there was no disgust in the food. I was having a good time with my best'st of friend, whilst enjoying our entrée for desert :D. We then were approached by a lovely gentleman, around the age of 18, and he asked "How's the food today guys". Obviously he was more about customer satisfaction, then most employees. I had a great conversation with him, when he then told me, that McDonald's Minyama was the highest rated McDonald's in Australia for 2 WHOLE HOURS. Greeting me well, treating us with excellent service and passion, and a pure dedication to our enjoyment at McDonald's.
08/04 A visit made with slow advance. I recently was given the privilege to drive along the windy roads of the sunshine coast. With a couple friends, we made a triumphing charge to McDonald's Minyama. My great friends Mitchell and Caleb entered the premise, with dinner on their mind. Meanwhile, Skye and I patiently waited in the car park, where we blasted our favourite C418 music, such as Moog City and Subwoofer Lullaby. During our ponder, little Henry visited our window once and asked "Did you order a Spicy McChicken and a cheeeeeesseeeeburger", I didn't. I waited again, and Little Henry knocked on my window again "Did you order a Spicy McChicken and a cheeeeeesseeeeburger."

Read moreTook almost an hour to get our food and it wasn’t even fresh by that time. This is by far the worst maccas I’ve been to and the worst experience I’ve ever had with maccas.
Came here for a fast food breakfast over the weekend ( Saturday) for a fun family morning with our toddlers and it was anything but that. When we got there it looked deserted which we thought would mean in and out breakfast, easy, but we didn’t get our food until an hour after arriving. The guy taking our order was inexperienced maybe even in training and when he asked for help from blue shirts no one would help him which made the ordering process take ages when it was just 3 simple meal deals. After this the pay wave was out and not working which again took a while to find a payment method. It turns out it didn’t even print our order in the end which was part of the problem. We waited maybe half an hour with screaming hungry babies while everyone else got their orders quickly before asking why it was so long and that’s when they said they knew we were there without food after a while but they didn’t know what we ordered so that was that. They could have simply come to us but they didn’t and wasted more time trying to remember it. We gave them our receipt and eventually we got part of our order which was cold soggy and was definitely not remotely fresh with my two muffins having egg which I specifically asked to make without because I am allergic to egg and even with our receipt they somehow did that and left out the drinks and threw the receipt in their bin which I pulled out because they wanted it to confirm I had drinks with the meals after going back again. The inexperienced guy had apologised for the mix up and wait and clearly felt bad which you could see in the whole process because we were side on of the counter and every time when he tried to get help to fix it or make amends the blue shirts ignored him completely and at the end didn’t even apologise to us or do anything to make amends just treating us like rubbish who are being a pain. The girls in blue on that morning which I assume were the managers didn’t do anything to help this situation and didn’t apologise either. Placed a deliver order and after waiting over an hour I phoned the store too see if I could personally pick up my order as at this stage the wait was ridiculous. Was told that I could pick up but when arriving at the store I was told they did not have and had not received my order despite it saying confirmed on the app.
When speaking to the female manager I requested both that my food be made and I be refunded for the order. Purely based on the fact that it had this point be 1.5hrs wait and that I had paid extra online to have food delivered that I was now having to pick up, no reconciliation for this fact was ever considered or offered. She left and returned with the "customer experience manager" who very was possibly the most incosiderate manager I've ever dealt with. His blunt, passive aggressive and rude approach too an already difficult situation just made matters worse.
No compasion no consideration whatsoever. To be told after 1.5hrs wait that you can have ur food with no consideration or offer for the deliver surcharges or a refund of the meal but no combination of the two in the most aggressive tones was very disappointing and infuriating.
This staff member shouldn't be customer facing if this is the way they treat people.
