I love this Cafe! The position, the atmosphere, the food! The scones are amazing. Been coming here for over 15 years! Probably once a month at least. But today ordering a pot of tea with milk on the side…I was charged 20 cents for the milk!! I know that is not a lot but can’t of any cafe that charges for milk to have with your tea? My partner has submitted this “ I would like to thank the gentleman / owner who came up to me and could see I had fallen off my bike , skin missing, blood running down my leg, I told him I was ok. He immediately gave me some Wet paper towel to clean my leg up, took it away and wouldn’t let me put in bin. After we ordered our coffee he even came back with band aids.
