The worst service I've ever received in my life! Do not waste your time. We ordered 4 simple dishes and the food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally arrived, my $24 "Char grilled barramundi with vegetables" came out and the meal was tiny, it was the smallest piece of fish, the fish was lukewarm to cold and the vegetables were not even cooked. I asked the waitress if she wouldn't mind just chucking my fish back on the grill for another 30 seconds to warm it up - next thing I know, the chef comes out legitimately SCREAMING at me telling me the fish is meant to be cold because it's under the "salad" category and it's a cold salad. I'm not joking when I say she was literally screaming at me, waving her hands at me repeatedly yelling "it's a cold salad!" - it was so bad that the entire restaurant stopped and was looking over at us. I was so shocked I couldn't even get a word in. Firstly, I would have understood if she had calmly, politely explained that but secondly if it's meant to be a cold salad then the menu needs to explain this. Char grilled barramundi to me means hot off the grill! Even still, for $24 the meal was not worth it! We spent the next 15 minutes with te kitchen staff glaring and pointing at us through the kitchen. Didn't even finish our meals, just pid and left. The worst dining experience we have ever had. Have just left the restaurant with our meals in takeaway because of the rudeness of staff. Everything started off fine with a very pleasant young waitress serving us. I ordered the pork belly and when it arrived noticed that the rice had egg in it. I don't eat egg (not allergic, simply do not eat egg). The menu also did not mention that that particular dish had egg in it. I asked our waitress if I could please exchange the egg rice for plain rice as I don't eat egg. No drama, simply expected an exchange of rice. The next minute the chef strides out of the kitchen and in a very loud voice berates me for not letting the restaurant know that I am allergic to egg. It was not only highly embarrassing to be scolded in front of patrons in such a tiny restaurant but it also upset me very much. We then asked the young waitress if we could please have our food in takeaway as we did not like being spoken to in the manner we had been by the chef. The waitress then developed an attitude and commenced with banging things and frowning and showing her displeasure. Yet we had not blamed her for anything nor shown any displeasure towards her at all. Not an experience we expected to have and will certainly not be returning to a place that treats patrons in such a manner. Food was nothing special once we finally got to eat...

My boss and I went here for lunch today and ordered the Thai beef salad. There was a photo of all the individual meals on the menu, including the salad that looked delicious. When it came out they didn’t include multiple ingredients that were in the photo (diced tomato, sliced radishes and alfalfa on top). It arrived with strictly large pieces of lettuce and some beef. I asked the waitress (potentially the owner) about it and she said it was only a photo shoot photo?? I told her that was false advertising and for $18.90 for lettuce and a few beef strips I wasn’t happy. She then, very aggressively snatched the bowl off our table and told us that any other restaurant would charge more for what we got. We sat there in shock questioning if we should eat the other plate we ordered… She walked back to our table and I began to explain to her that posting specific photos and getting something different is super deceiving! In front of the other customers she grabbed the other dish, and loudly told us to pay for our drink and leave!!! She told us numerous times loudly to get out.
