Post Coffee House — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

The coffee may be great here but as I don't drink coffee, my review refers only to the quality, or not, of their hot chocolate and unfortunately, it's a 'Not'. It one of the most insipid hot chocolate I have ever had, lacking any real flavour. I suspect it to be a combination of a poor quality drinking chocolate, and a barista who doesn't know that you don't make a hot chocolate the same way you do a coffee - you need more volume of drinking chocolate to achieve flavour than you do coffee. A disappointing experience, particularly as I had specifically asked for extra chocolatey and was prepared...

Been in this coffee shop a few times. The young guy who works there is awesome. Friendly and happy. The blonde older lady could take a leaf out of his book. She struggles to crack a smile and just an observation, on two occasions she has had service men come in to deliver goods whilst I was there. On both occasions each gentleman entered with a polite good morning or hello. She said nothing and just glanced at them. I think she judges them or certainly gives that impression. Very shallow. Pretty good spot and food options, sadly the 3 times I've tried it the older blonde lady is very unwelcoming and looks at you in annoyed and judgy manner. I don't look like riff raff and am polite but each visit she has NEVER smiled. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but have found this to be the case on all occasions plus the feeling she just hates the fact you are there and has to serve you plus a judgy once-over look, it's really unpleasant. It's a shame as otherwise it is good but I will go elsewhere that is more hospitable to spend my money...
