Iād like my money back. I came on two seperate occasions and had bad experiences both times, with one staff member being the same both times.
The first time I came, I asked for my subway toasted, but once I came home to eat realised the sandwich was completely soft and cold. Not even the meat had been heated up or anything. It was also lucky I checked my bad to make sure everything was in there because they put my cookies in the bag either.
I decided to let it go that once and decided to go back tonight. My order was completely wrong, the sauces werenāt added, they were stone cold, the extras were on the wrong subs, the bread was stale, etc. Normally I understand when itās really busy but I was the only person ordering and it was 2 hours ahead of close time so Iām not sure how they went wrong.
Iām really hoping the service gets worked on. I used to work at the Marcoola subway for 4 years. We were really well regarded good service and attention to detail with our food quality, so I know what good looks like and this just wasnāt it. I do believe that you guys can do so much better if you work together as a team to set standards in the workplace.

I was most disappointed with the food they bought home as it was like a half cooked pancake wrapped around my chicken and bacon. The wrap was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in and by the time i peeled it away my food was cold. I would never recommend Subway to any of my friends as i would be embarrassed if they received their food the same way I did. My daughter recommended these wraps as every experience sheās had with this food previously had been delicious and perfectly toasted outside the paper. When my daughter spoke with the store manager, she was told that this was the way their food was done, and that the previous ways in which my daughter had experienced the food was wrong and that the workers who served her previously would be contacted and disciplined.
