Guess what, we received this smart ar.. reply with no mention of the irate manager, the system that does not work and food that Dominos would be ashamed of. Have a read of the reply, Customer service ? Only good thing is he seems to have granted us free pizzas. Have a read of the reply and tell me he is not addressing the feedback? Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hellooooo Gil. Well, as you say....where do we start. Firstly, there is a very large note at the top of our online ordering system that states "Please check the date and time of your order". And then again before you confirm and pay! Sooooo.....I guess sorry you missed that. Secondly, and most importantly, your order never came through to our system (at all), nor did we receive your payment. So, it turns out you got your pizzas for free, woohoo for you!! So what might be an awesome idea for the future is to check you've done things right your end before arguing with our staff and posting on Google. Just a thought. Thirdly - we're not sure why you having to use your own pizza slicer to cut them into 8 slices is our mistake - but sorry for that huge inconvenience. And lastly.....the pictures of your pizzas look like there's a fair amount of toppings on there, plus you seemed to have eaten quite a lot of it!!!! Weird. But anyway, we always welcome feedback so will ensure that our staff are reminded to never ask for proof of payment (especially on orders that haven't been paid for - that would be very wrong). Cheers and have a wonderful day. Oh and P.S - in response to your 'question' about us not being a restaurant.....we're a pizzeria - which answers your very valid question on FB about 'what food do we serve'. We didn't realise that wasn't clear - our bad 😁 Where do we start? we ordered 2 pizzas on a Sunday night for $52 on their website and paid and hit the button to be advised that they would be ready 4PM Wednesday !! Rang the store ( will not use the word Restaurant with these guys) and were told they have a glitch with their system. We drove there and were told that before we can take the pizzas we need to show an email that has still to his day has never turned up before we can have them. After going through a very disappointing exchange they decided we could have our pizzas. From bad to worse, look at the pictures, burnt, a huge scarcity of topping, soggy, and thrown together with a thin bubbled base. Plus we had to get the pizza cutter out to cut them into 8 pieces. THEN we get a phone call from the Manager and we thought she may have contacted us to apologise but no she was following up on a staff member who had said we had advised we were getting frustrated !! Started out of food truck and should go bad there !! Food 1 Service 1 Attitude 0

Another great concept ruined, not by their own hand, but by popularity. Ordered at 4pm because they’re a very popular restaurant and if you don’t get ahead of the game, you’ll have no chance of getting your food same day. I arrived precisely on my order time. I expected the pizza to be ready around the order time but I ended up having to wait for 35 minutes. I understand that it’s very busy but the pizza cooking should start before the order time, not after. It’s kinda not their fault. People are ordering ridiculous numbers of pizzas. Stacks of 6, 8, even 10 pizza orders constantly going out the door. It’s no wonder that they’re so far behind. But I’ve got to tell you, it’s really annoying that my 2 pizza order is deprioritised in favour of these massive orders. The other thing that’s not their fault, but completely destroys the atmosphere (and frankly makes waiting that much worse), is the screaming, maniac children running all over the place. They were running circles around me, knocked into me several times and were blowing my ears out with the screaming. Parents need to take control. It’s just ridiculous behaviour and it really affects the people around you. The pizza itself was unfortunately average. I was expecting a traditional Italian pizza (the main draw), and that’s what I got. The base was excellent, but it really just lacked that authentic burst of flavour. It wasn’t bad, but for over $55… it didn’t fit the price. I feel bad for the staff, they are doing their best but they’ve been saddled with an impossible task. Somebody needs to implement a quota system so they can have the orders ready on time. Those giant orders of 6+ pizzas need to be given more time in the schedule. Secondly, a solution needs to be found for the children situation. They have a sign on the wall pleading with parents to keep them under control, but clearly it’s not doing the job. That problem alone is enough to make this my last time ordering here. I appreciate that they’re trying to bring culture to Australians, which looking at the reviews, a lot have never had real pizza before. Keep trying! But it’s not for me as is.
