The Swagman's Pie Sensations — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I’ve enjoyed Swagman’s Pie Sensations in the past, especially their steak burger with the works, which has previously been fresh, tasty, and well put together. Unfortunately, my visit on 2nd June was disappointing. After a 30-minute wait, the burger I received was soggy, poorly assembled, and difficult to eat. The ingredients didn’t seem as fresh as usual, and I could only manage a couple of bites.

As I was eating it in the car on my way to an appointment, I wasn’t able to return it or raise my concerns in person. I also found the attitude of one staff member from the back of the store unnecessarily curt, which added to the overall experience.

It might be worth the team reviewing whether the burger offerings are still a good fit alongside their core bakery business. I hope this was just an off day, as I’ve had better experiences here...

Ordered toasted ham and cheese on white. Maker put tomato on due to talking with prior customer and not paying attention. I caught mistake as she put it on toaster and asked her to remove it. Male behind me said he'd have them, so she gave them to him and made me wait. Second set were made with 3 slices of Brown bread and 1 white, obviously ran out of white and thought they'd slip in the Brown and I wouldn't notice until I was gone. Unfortunately I can't eat Brown bread and noticed before I ate it, had to throw it away. They made the order incorrectly TWICE. Due to this I will no longer get...

I have been to Swagman’s many of times over the years. Their chicken salad sandwiches are second to none the Sunshine Coast and their customer service is always cheerful, professional yet homely and pleasurable. When feeling a little naughty I grab a pie and switch them up which I have never been disappointed in. Great quality and size. Prices are probably the best you’ll find anywhere on the Coast with better quality products than their competitors. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a few minutes to be served and provided...
