Waited 45 minutes for 3 meals (eggs on toast) so I went up to the counter and queried them to be told they took our meals out and could not locate us and that we must have moved tables to which we did not as we received our coffees???. A waitress came to our table with 2 meals at one point earlier but they weren’t what we ordered and they went to the table across from us. Not once did anyone return to our table. After waiting the 45 minutes and being told our meals weren’t even being made, the rude young guy behind the counter accusing us of moving tables (which again we did not) he said they would then proceed to make them ASAP. we waited a further 15 minutes and asked another waitress where our meals were after now waiting an hour for eggs on toast and watching other customers who ordered 40 minutes after us receive their meals. she went to check with the kitchen and they still HAD NOT EVEN BEGAN TO MAKE THEM for a second time. Got my refund and left. What a stuff around!!...

Highly surprised to return to this place that the boy reminded us of, I hope that my previous review served as constructive criticism and not an offense. a good leader will always know how to receive criticism and do the best for his team, the service and food was excellent

I have frequently been coming to this cafe for the last few months, the food is good and the service is good, but today I witnessed a situation that as a customer I do not want to see and as a human being it bothers me, the supervisor has called the attention of one of the girls who he works because of a mistake she has made and he has thrown a coffee in the sink in a quite aggressive way, which is quite unprofessional, maybe he should take a course to better develop his leadership skills since the clients can notice the tension of the team that works behind the bar when the manager is having a...
