We had such a fun night here! The BBQ Pork Ribs were amazing—super tender, juicy, and just fell right off the bone. Definitely my favorite dish of the night. The Chicken Schnitzel was alright, nothing special, but still tasty. Portions were big too, so pretty good value for money. The vibe was great, especially with the live band playing. After eating, we just chilled with some drinks, had a good chat, and enjoyed the music. Really nice atmosphere for a weekend night out. Only thing that could’ve been better was the arrival experience. It was our first time, and no one came to greet us. Even though we booked ahead, we couldn’t find our name on any of the reserved tables. Turns out the system moved us outside since the inside was full, but no one told us until we asked. Felt a bit disorganized. Luckily, we got a spot outside under a roof—which was great because it rained later. Tip: If you’re coming on the weekend, definitely make a booking! I wish to reiterate the reasoning why. When I attempted to apply for membership at the club the receptionist was unwilling to provide me with such. Her actions and tone spoke more clearly about it being a racial matter without saying it.

This was even though I had come well before closing time. I then took the time to tell the other staff members about this. However nothing was done or any action taken to said racist receptionist.

When I called about her behavior to the management I notified them about the issues but once again nothing was done. I do not expect anything to be done in regards to this review as I've noticed that said receptionist is still working at the club nor do I feel that there is a discussion...

We would like to acknowledge the entire team we dealt with in arranging and delivering our Mum's surprise 90th birthday. From our first contact with the club, the communication, detailed arrangements and delivery were exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was professional, obliging and efficient.

Special mention to Daryl and Charlotte who served us on the day. They were unexpectedly smashed in the bistro on the day and yet they continued to serve with a smile on their faces, regardless of the pressure they were under. Everyone, especially the birthday girl, has a lovely afternoon.
