We ordered the stir-fried hot pot and the signature spicy. But before reviewing the food, the choices of ingredients are very good and super fresh. Im a fan of vegetables and their vegetable selection is wide and fresh/clean. They have a good assortment of seafood as well and a nice selection of mushrooms. They also have a DIY sauce station which is a nice, allows for my own flavour whenever I want for free.

Now for the food. The signature spicy, rather than the classic malatang soup taste and texture (which they sell), tastes more like a typical hotpot base, but enhanced with a nice herbal flavour. It's super refreshing and clean, perfect for a cold winters night. For those that are craving hotpot, but think getting the ingredients are expensive at a normal hotpot restaurant, come here and try the signature spicy, you wont regret it.

The stir-fried hot pot is packed full of flavour and surprisingly, like some malatang places, it isnt pooled with oil. The flavour is a nice blend of pepper sweet/salty/spicy a very nice trio blend, and it goes perfectly with a bowl of rice. I got the spiciest option and its not that bad at all, would recommend they stir-fry it well.

Overall, a great eating experience and very clean restaurant. Would recommend to anyone craving a quick...

The food was alright, but I came around 8:50 and noticed that most of the trays were filled with water instead of ice because the ice had already melted. The fish section also smelled a bit off and didn’t seem very fresh.

The cashier was wearing earbuds and wasn’t very responsive when spoken to. I also saw a hair in the beef tray most likely from a customer but before I could say anything, another customer took some beef from the same tray and accidentally took the hair with it.

The overall cleanliness wasn’t great either. The cashier emptied a water-filled tray using his bare hands and a bucket, which was quite off-putting to see. It would be much better if staff used gloves when handling food or trays in front of customers.

I think the store needs to improve its cleanliness and ensure trays are regularly refilled with fresh ice to maintain the quality and freshness of...

The malatang was very good but there wasn’t water because it was getting filtered, however the filter looked very good which meant the water was getting properly cleansed. The food was good and the soup was very unique, very different to what I have ever seen at a malatang. The selection of foods are decent and there were many special ingredients such as fresh meat and organs. The vegetables were fresh and the soup was very flavourful. One of the best malatang I have tasted. Will return and recommend...
