Worst experience ever. If there was an option to rate a 0 (zero) out of 5 stars I would!

We visited on 7/10/2024 for dinner to celebrate a special day, however, experienced the worst customer service, leaving everyone upset and a bad impression.

The young lady who was working that night on 7/10/24 seemed very unwilling to work as she was very rude, discriminating and showed a lot of attitude. She did not greet nor did she direct/inform us to sit down-we found our own seat. We had to ask her constantly to help us with providing us with basic necessities such as scissors, side plates, water etc. When we had asked her politely, she would either completely ignore us or give us attitude.

Moreover, she treated us differently to other customers in the restaurant that night. She would attend the needs of other customers and made sure other tables were not running out of side dish refills, whereas our table was never attended.

I strongly advise the manager or owner of the restaurant to reconsider staff training and passing this crucial feedback onto the team member who was working that night. This is utterly unacceptable and very disappointing...

Ventured in after a workout session. WOW!! The meals are delicious, services are fantastic and well setup.

I had the jjajangmyeon and fried rice combo, while others shared some of their meals with me. They were really good, one of the best I had in awhile. If you never been there, I highly recommend you give it a go. You won't regret it!...

Reasonable Price and Lovely Taste.

If you consider Korean style Chinese restaurant, here will be the best choice.

Especially I luv half and half menu. Just with $20~25, you can enjoy two menus. Single menu also shows amazing taste just with around $20.

Employees are also so kind and the speed that we get our food is also...
