I went there for dinner and it was packed with people so we put name on the waiting list and waited for more than 40mins outside. In the middle of waiting, I found that some groups of people who actually came after us got the table first than us. So I talked to the manager about that, she just blamed for her staff that it was the staff's mistake. And she didn't say sorry to us at all and didn't show any appology gestures at all til the end and only showed her unpleasant look on her face. Even if it was a mistake of a staff, the manager should've dealt with this problem by herself as a person in charge and showed us any appology gestures like a word. Food was okay but...

We sat down and looked through the menu. When I raised my hand to get someone’s attention, one staff member came over but instead of taking our order, he just pressed the button on our table to call another staff member. When the second person came, we asked about the menu, which was quite limited since they only serve special set meals and no a la carte meats, which was understandable. What really made the experience disappointing, though, was the customer service. The staff didn’t make any effort to help us choose or even suggest any recommended dishes. Been here for 4 times already and still counting. They keep their standard high in terms of the ingredients, quality of products and cleanliness. Side dishes are neatly prepared and taste good; very refreshing and comes in generous portion. A little but great point to mention: they always have free water served super chilled and clean. Different from others. Service might vary from time to time especially during the peak hours but I think they’re getting better at it. This is my most favourite Korean grill...
