I thought the man was rude at first, but after I got chatting to him, he appeared to be quite a nice and friendly guy. What lets the restaurant down is the hygeine. The cutlery is placed in containers near the front of the restaurant and every customer needs to take out their own cutlery by hand. The problem is that the forks and spoons are facing upwards ie the part you put in your mouth and it's impossible to take out one fork or spoon without touching the others.
