The only way to get away and have that special luncheon on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. This special treat is a wonderful way to see the best of Sydney and its northern coastline as you make your way up to the river. Professional pilots that give you a verbal tour of all the landmarks. You can go for just lunch or if you have a special occasion stay overnight at Cottage Point Inn which is just magic. However beware of changes in the weather on your way back. A change in weather will result in the plan not returning and a clumsy system in place to get you back to your original destination. You will be reimbursed for part of the trip not flown but take not that a hire car to pick you up and return you you rose Bay will set you back $200 for a one way journey and is deducted from your owed balance. If I could I wouldn’t even give a 1 star!!!! Absolutely horrible service that does not comply with their own policy. Do not book with them. Emailed them 7 days prior to my reservation as per their terms and conditions to go ahead and cancel my Sydney seaplanes. “ 7 days or greater - no charge.” However since then I have been ignored to phone calls, online chats and emails and only been offered a store credit?? If I had wanted a store credit I would have asked for a credit??? I have complied and followed their terms and conditions however they have not. Since then I have been ignored. Absolutely disgusting service and definitely do not know how to provide customer service. I have taken this matter to fair trading as they are simply not wanting to comply with their terms and conditions. Would not recommend this...
