🌅✨ We stumbled upon a hidden gem in Sydney that’ll transport you straight to Italy! 🇮🇹 Located in the heart of Rose Bay NSW, this charming street lane is just a stone’s throw from the dog-friendly beach of Rose Bay—and trust us, it’s worth a visit! 🐾☕️
🌿 Our adventure led us to Collins Lane Cafe, a gorgeous spot buzzing with friendly faces and the most delightful service. A lovely girl behind the counter shared a bit of the cafe’s history and tipped us off to some must-try dishes. Her top picks? The Cinnamon Scronut, the steak sandwich, and the long black made with Adore Coffee’s perfectly roasted beans. 😋 We gave the babyccino and the Cinnamon Scronut a try, and yes, they are definitely worth the hype! 🙌
🐶 After a delicious treat, we took a stroll to the dog-friendly beach at Rose Bay. This spot is perfect for walking your furry friends or taking your little ones to play in the shallow waters. Plus, the area boasts brand new toilet facilities, making it super convenient! 🚻
🎠 Locals also pointed us to the newly renovated Lyn Park Playground, an amazing place to let the kids run wild and enjoy some fun in the sun. 🌳
🏖️ Don’t forget to pack your beach towel, boardies, and ponchos for an unforgettable day of exploring...
Read moreCute little cafe, and I’m sure a lot of the items on the menu are quite yummy. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich is wildly mediocre - instead of spending $21 on a sandwich with no sides, just go across the street to Chargrill Charlie’s if you want better value for money. Had to knock another star off for the service, which is not a reflection on the lovely gal who helped us. Poor gal was running the whole place by herself and was absolutely slammed. We had 45 minutes to eat, and it took just over 25 to get our sandwich, so we had to just take it to go so we could still make our ferry. Won’t come back here, but it’s not the worst little spot to enjoy a brekkie if you have the time and don’t care about...
Read moreThis is a great find on the colorful Collins Lane. We went on a late Monday morning and there were only a handful of other patrons there so we had no problems getting a table. We ordered two iced mochas, a smoothie, eggs on toast, and the banana bread. The iced mochas were very meh. The smoothie was amazing. Eggs on toast were standard. The banana bread though, were out of this world. I'd definitely go back there just for that! It's also a short walk to Rose Bay, which is nice to walk to after a meal here. I also want to give a shoutout to our server, Nel. He was very friendly and ensured that we had...
