First time customer and the experience was disappointing.

I ordered a small supreme pizza to dine in, instead of serving it on a plate like the other dine in customers they put mine in a take away box.

When it is ready they just shouted out 'small supreme pizza', there were several people waiting so I couldn't tell if it was mine, in the end we figure out it was my order.

The lady taking our order wasn't as friendly as we hoped, she had several times turned and talked to someone else while my wife was talking to her in mid sentence, in the end she asked another young lady to serve us before walking off.

My pizza was a bit soggy, the toppings were not evenly spread across all slices, in fact there was no pepperoni at all in four of the slices, there are tomatoe chucks but there was a large tomato slice too, it was not cut properly and I had to tear it apart myself, most of the topping would slide off the pizza as i pick them up and the worst of all is one of the slice had the crust folded outside the box.

It felt like they threw it in the box.

We had just visited Elizabeth Farm down the road when we decided to visit this cafe. It looked good, busy and with quite a range of food on menu. My partner chose the salad and I chose a pizza. The single smaller pizza was the right size but just had too much cheese on it. The base was soft except for the crust. I know not everyone should be making pizzas as they think they are easy, but having too much cheese on a simple pizza really impacts the flavour and texture. I would try another pizza, that has a different topping and maybe the cheese thing was an oversight on the day. The middle eastern salad my partner had was just about perfect, according to her. Coffee was around 3.5 / 5 and the service, although moderately fast, could have improved with a smile or a little more engagement. Again, could have been a bad day or they had just had a nasty customer come through....

First time customer today. The food was delicious and plentiful but the service was less than satisfactory. Despite wearing crew T-shirts extolling the virtues of service, several staff passed me by before I took myself to the counter. Again, I was ignored for a period of time. It was not at all busy and there were plenty of staff. When my dine-in order was ready I was called to the counter to collect it, despite other tables receiving table service. I was not offered cutlery or a serviette, or shown where they were. The outdoor seating area is quite nice, cool and breezy. Sadly though, despite the number of staff, tables were left uncleared and dirty for most of the time that I was there - about 30 mins.
