We couldn't forget the delightful Dosa we had at Dosa Hut in Harris Park last year, so revisiting was a must! Today, we finally made it back, and it was worth the wait. đ This time, we ordered: * 70 mm Chef's Special Dosa (vege) * Chicken 65 Biryani Our expectations for the Dosa were sky-high, and it still managed to exceed them! The crepe was incredibly crispy, delicious both with and without the filling. The filling itself was a burst of flavors, thanks to the chef's perfect blend of spices. The trio of sauces complemented the dish perfectly. We absolutely adored this Dosa. We tried their Chicken 65 Biryani for the first time and fell in love with the flavor, presentation, and the fun experience of pouring the chicken and rice out of the metal bowl, then mixing it with the yogurt and sauce. It was such a special dining experience that we ordered another Chicken 65 to take away! Last year, we wanted to try the RAVA Dosa but missed out. The good news is that it's now available on the QR menu. We opted for the Biryani this time, but note to self: bring more friends next time so we can try even more dishes! A big shoutout to the wonderful customer service. I accidentally ordered Chicken 65 fried rice instead of Chicken 65 Biryani. When I asked if it was too late to change, Lavanya, the lovely lady at the counter, kindly switched my order even though the fried rice was already prepared. She didnât have to, but she wanted to ensure we had a great dining experience. Such a warm and kind gesture! Another shoutout to our server Kajal, who took great care of us. She reminded us to enjoy the Dosa while it was hot and crispy and gave us tips on mixing the Chicken 65 Biryani properly. With top-notch customer service and delicious food, I wholeheartedly recommend Dosa Hut to anyone who hasnât tried it yet. As for us, we'll definitely be back, hopefully with more friends in tow! September 2023 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First of all, love the ambience and we love our food too. The menu is very comprehensive. However, we have done the research on Google Reviews before coming here so we already know what to order. We ended up having: * 70 mm Masala Dosa * 70 mm Chef's Special Both Dosas were superb, we love the fillings and the crepe, and also the 3 "sauces" that came with the dosa. The crepes were very crispy and the fillings had just the perfect level of seasoning., All the sauces are yummy too. All in all, we enjoyed eating our dosa, two thumbs up for that. Many reviews said the RAVA dosa was good (which was on the paper menu). However we could not locate the RAVA Dosa in the QR code menu, so we asked the waitress, only to be told "It was not available, that's why it's not there (meaning in the QR code menu)". The tone of her voice made us feel stupid asking for something so obvious. To us, the service is lacking especially when it was so hyped up by other reviews (that the customer services were superb), thus we arrived with a higher expectation. Thus, a word of advice, if you can't find the dish in the QR menu, it's not there and please don't bother the waitress. What's lacking in the services is really made up by the quality of the food though, thus we still enjoyed our experience and will still recommend it to people who want to try their Dosa (you won't be disappointed).

Dosa Hut â Harris Park NSW A walk-in for four people @ approx 1.30pm on a Monday afternoon. The place was jam packed and we were lucky to get the last table. Our waitress Khushi was so nice. She sat us down and told us we need to order via the QR code âThe 2024 menu ordering systemâ I am not a fan of the QR code system when it comes to ordering food. However, it was easy to use, but unfortunately there was no detailed description or explanation on any of the dishes offered. The âSPECIALâ Dosa (Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian) was the only explanation. I guess leave it up to the the diners to imagine the chefâs creation. Other dishes on the menu were lost in translation, due to no description on the QR menu. Well back to the good old days, lets get a server to assist and explain the menu options Thankfully Khushi assisted, and in a heavy beautiful Indian accent described the various Dosas and how they were served. In the end, we left it up to her to please us. She was helpful and guided us well. We ordered TWO of the 70mm Dosa (which are actually 700mm) What a monster! AMAZING The special NON Veg $18.95. It consisted of a LONG thin perfectly cooked pancake (dosa) plus lot of yummy side dish offerings to add as you please. The side dishes offered were lamb, chicken, nuts, mint, chili, potatoes, cottage cheese + more Absolutely delicious. Enormous serving. All of us were very satisfied. DOSA SPECIAL - 5 Star NEXT - 5 Star Chicken Tikka â PERFECT, really nice. $19.00 5 Star NEXT - 2.5 Star Goat Rogan Josh- Very Bony, a bit too fatty, some pieces very tough, a few pieces tender. Limited meat. The sauce was absolute perfection, but the goat was a bit of a âhillbillyâ Not great. I have had much better. $23.00 2.5 Star NEXT - 4.5 Star Garlic Naan was good, not oily $4.20 4.5 Star NEXT - 4.5 Star Plain rice $8.00. It was nice plain rice $92.00 for 4 of us. We will return. They have a HUGE selection on the menu and we barley scraped the surface

I recently dined at Dosa Hut in Harris Park, and it was an enjoyable experience. I ordered three dishes: Pesarattu Moong Dal Dosa, Dahi Vada, and Gulab Jamun, and overall, the food was quite good. Pesarattu Moong Dal Dosa: This dosa was a great start to the meal. Made from green gram (moong dal), the dosa was crispy on the outside and had a slightly grainy texture, which is characteristic of Pesarattu. It was served with the classic accompanimentsâsambar and two types of chutneysâwhich complemented the dosa well. The flavors were authentic, and the dosa itself was filling and satisfying. Dahi Vada: The Dahi Vada was another highlight. The vadas were soft and soaked perfectly in creamy, slightly sweetened yogurt, topped with a drizzle of tangy tamarind chutney and a sprinkle of spices. It had a good balance of flavorsâsweet, tangy, and savoryâand was quite refreshing. This dish was a nice contrast to the dosa and added variety to the meal. Gulab Jamun: For dessert, I chose the Gulab Jamun, and it did not disappoint. The Gulab Jamuns were served warm, with a hint of rosewater and cardamom in the syrup, which added an aromatic touch to the dish. They were soft, sweet, and had a melt-in-the-mouth textureâexactly what you would expect from a good Gulab Jamun. It was a delightful way to end the meal. Overall, Dosa Hut Harris Park offers a good variety of dishes with authentic flavors. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, making it a great spot for anyone craving some South Indian cuisine. If you are in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, Dosa Hut is definitely worth a visit!

This is the 3rd time Iâve been here and each time my experience has been better than the before and I will keep coming back for more. Amazing food! They use fresh ingredients, and the food is served piping hot. Thanks to the chef, even my picky eater son savored every single bite. I really liked that the first thing they asked that if we have any food allergies. This place is kids friendly, wheelchair accessible. People of all ages come here to enjoy good food and family time. The busy environment gives you a festive vibe. Now a short story: A few days ago, we decided to try takeaway from a nearby restaurant adjacent to Dosa Hut, but to our surprise, the food turned out to be stale, likely three days old, and it was the wrong order. We ended up wasting approximately $120 đđ Initially , I considered writing a review, but upon discovering that the ârestaurantâ responds to reviews quite rudely, dismissing customers' tastes, we decided to cleanse our palate by treating ourselves at Dosa Hut. This time, we enjoyed a delicious satisfying dinner for only $83! Dosa Hut rocks! Special thanks to Anu and Khushi for outstanding customer service!

My first time trying Indian food and didn't look twice. Amazing at the first bite. Vibe: 4.5 / 5 stars Service: 5 / 5 stars Food: 4 / 5 stars Garlic Naan was a 10 / 10. Honestly, all my friends agree that it was the best Garlic Naan we've ever had. The dishes were fantastic and the service explained all the dishes well. We also got a free mango yoghurt for my friend crying because of the spice! Haha. What I didn't like about the food was just a personal preferance thing, and it was the sauces. Some of the sauces I hated and some of them are really nice. But I guess that's why they give you multiple dipping sauces. The bread with the meat inside was so goooddd as well. The rice and chicken was also good but try and eat it while it's hot. Vibe was fantastic but could be improved with more decorations to make it more appealing to the eyes but there's nothing wrong with the clean space. It was my first time at Harris Park and it was very unique to see the restaurant housed in a exterior that looks like your entering a house. So cool! The price was also so reasonable as well for a shared meal.
