Horrible experience - the worst.

Went there with a few people for a quick meeting and only ordered coffee so can't comment on the food. However the whole experience was a let down from start to finish.

First of all, I was pressured not to order my coffee in a takeaway cup as I'm "having it here" - this is just a preference for some ppl. Secondly, we were pressured to start ordering even though we were just waiting on for a couple of ppl (we sat for 5mins), not to mention the poor kids working on the day, they came out to take our orders and we asked for 5 more mins, then the lady owner came out straightaway to hassle us into ordering. We even got lectured that she was losing money etc.

It's so obvious that we got a whole different treatment the fact that we didn't order any food.. you can just tell that the lady (owner?) wasn't quite happy about it.

We sat there for 40mins and basically as soon as our coffees were done we got kicked out. The lady owner came to us and asked for the table, due to the fact that some "other ppl" have been turned away.. I honestly did not see anyone else come into the cafe.

We were happy to hand the table back to them and get out of there after such treatment.

I've never had such an experience with any cafes, this is simply appalling and am embarrassed by it as it's based locally to me. First time visit and surely it will also be the last, regardless how good the coffee or food is I would hope you treat your customers equally and...

I normally don’t leave any reviews, but I would not recommend this café to whom want to dine in with young kids. I can understand that the toilet is not offered to the customers, but instead of saying "NO TOILETS" to my kid, anyone who have proper attitude can say that in a polite way. A little bit of friendness can go for a long way. People pay for the food also the customer service. Food is average. The place is more suitable for a takeaway or dine in without kids.

I reiterate that I fully understand you don't offer toilet to the customer and cannot look after my kid for 5 minutes while I take another one to the toilets and it's reasonable that you say no. I did not even mention this in my complaints. All I complain about is your rudeness and poor attitude.

In relation to your food, everyone has their own preference. My opinion is average.

Really bad costumer service, specially from the lady at the counter. Not a very friendly cafe nor staff. The coffee is really expensive and they still charge extra for card payment....wonder how many people pays cash after such a pandemic...

Went with my baby and the lady got confused with my order, instead of giving me an Almond Latte she was making a Caramel latte (even after ordering the same coffee in several occasions since is next door from my place). I am lactose intolerant and realised she was making it with full cream milk, I told her it was almond latte and with an attitude she charged me more money. I payed her 50C more and received the coffee which tasted like full cream milk... how am I not going to know after drinking almond milk for more than 8 years!! I was upset and left the place and the coffee, bought it somewhere else and realised she had charged me almost 6 dollars for a large Almond Latte. When I went back to ask her why, her attitude was even more challenging and rude.I wasted my money and my time and left the place feeling bad after being mistreated just because she wasn't...
