I thoroughly enjoyed the play last night Spiders Web. Major disappointment was the new ticketless parking. My friend and I were confused as to how to enter the parking and the female attendant (via their intercomm at the theatre goers entry ) assured us as long as we use the same credit card on exit we will be charged the offered flat fee. This information was incorrect and we were not instructed to obtain the new voucher from the foyer. Exiting the parking station was a bottleneck. Why? I suspect the majority of us had not obtained the voucher with a pin number. I was stung for a $39 parking fee and am very disappointed that instructions from the parking attendant or signage at the theatre could have alleviated this. At home I reread the reminder email and there was a hyperlink to the instructions on how to obtain the flat fee. The less than helpful offer from the person managing the bottleneck when we reached the gate "you will have to go back inside and get a voucher???" Really frustrating system.
