Arthur's Pizza - Randwick — Restaurant in Sydney

My sister and my dad visited Arthur’s and I can honestly say I’m beyond appalled by their service it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured in a restaurant. We ordered a perri perri chicken pizza and it had absolutely no chicken on the pizza and so my sister politely asked the blonde waitress if we could add more chicken on the pizza and she refused to do this for us and kept insisting that this is how the pizza comes and after going back and forth she came back with a new pizza with more chicken however this time it had no perri perri sauce on it at all. I then decided to ignore this and just finish our meal so we could leave. As I went to the counter to pay the manager asked me how the food and service was. I politely explained to him that the blonde waitress was rude to us and the second pizza had no sauce on it he asked me why we didn’t say anything and I told him the waitress was rude in the beginning and therefore we didn’t feel comfortable saying anything the second time. The waitress then came up to me infront of the manager and started yelling at me infront of everyone and said that my sister was rude to her this wasn’t the case at all. She then continued yelling at myself and my sister continuously and got into both of our faces with the intention to fight. I asked the manager to get her away from us but they did nothing instead they watched her attack us verbally. On my 5th day as a tourist in Sydney. I was famished and cold. Weariness had seeped deep in my bones. It was dark and loneliness was eating at my heart. It was then when I saw it. “Arthur’s Pizza”. Thinking back to it, it must have been a sign from God. I tentatively took a look at the menu and saw a plethora of delicious options. Without a second thought, I enter red and was shown to a seat by an attentive waiter. Upon the arrival of my pepperoni pizza and the aroma wafting from it I knew that my life had changed forever. As a lifelong lover of pizza I have travelled all over the world in search of that special slice. That pizza has single handedly changed my life. The taste was so awe inspiring that I nearly wept. A part of me wished I had never eaten it as it hurts knowing that such glorious pizza would require over 10 hours of travel to acquire once I return home from my holiday. 8 COCKROACHES ALIVE IN MY PIZZA!! I ordered a pizza with Uber today. To my shock, my pizza was infested with not one but 8 cockroaches. Yes, EIGHT. I can only imagine the kind of kitchen my food was prepared in. Unfortunately this is the first time it has happened with me, and hence I was taken aback when I opened my order, thus I couldn't click/record the 8 cockroaches on my phone, as they were alive and disseminated immediately upon opening the box. Given the current situation, I hope you understand that I am entitled to a compensation of more than 20 AUD as it could have easily been a medical emergency for me. I even wrote a review through Uber eats to the restaurant stating the issue but got no response, I am very disappointed and shocked to receive such bad service.
