Arthur's Pizza Glebe — Restaurant in Sydney

I had really bad exprience with one of the staff today There was only one guy who working alone at 4.30pm roughly I came to pick up uber eats order from this restaurant And i waited 7 mins for my order And once my order ready I put in my bag from top He told me that wrong way to put He said it could damage the pizza I explained to him that never happen to me if i put it carefully And then he said okay After 3 mins ridden I got 2 thumbs down from the restaurant I call restaurant number asked reason why gave me thumbs down just because he didnt like rhe way i put the pizza. I could lost my job because of this rude staff So i rode back to restaurant ask the staff for reason giving my thumbs down. I even opened the pizza in front of the staff to show what damaging did i do to pizza

For manager who read this review Please train ur staff properly again This is really bad behaviour and its unacceptable I believe the staff has a stress or mental issues It happened 6 july 4.30pm i believe there is only one...

Driest peri peri chicken we’ve ever tasted :( Was excited to try Athur’s Pizza after they replaced the previous pizza joint Slice Pizza. Regretfully the chicken was very dry (it’s got browning around the edge of the chicken pieces, and when we bit on it, we felt like we were chewing cardboards... not a nice feeling after whole night of unpacking and moving houses), and the base was just as dry. We were not sure why little peri peri sauce was glazed on the top (more like drizzles and dots). It was an uneven spread of the sauce, and we can barely taste it, little sauce plus dry chicken pieces plus dry base, it was the driest chicken pizza we’ve tried.

We were really hoping to enjoy Arthur’s pizza as we have been in Glebe in 4 years and alwayswant to support our local businesses . But sadly we won’t come back for a while.

The upside is quick delivery time , great for hungry...

I ordered two pizzas from here via Deliveroo and both were pretty bad. $37 for a large mexican and medium herb pizza

The crust on the herb pizza was thin, dry and brittle and the cheese had hardened, and I could barely taste fresh herbs. It was as if someone put a slice of cheese on a salada, chopped up some oregano that had been in the fridge for a week and then put it in the microwave. Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had.
