If I could have, I would have chosen no star. The staff at the cafe are very rude. While waiting for the coffee I ordered, my daughter and I sat at one of the tables in the cafe. She was eating sushi from the sushi shop next door when the lady waitress came to us and insisted we leave because my 6 year old daughter was eating food which was not bought from their cafe!!!

They expect customers to leave their kids somewhere else while they have coffee. How weird is that? I am definitely not going back to that cafe. This was all in spite of the fact that the cafe was empty, whereas the cafe around the corner was bustling with customers.

If they have such rules in place, they should warn their customers prior to order with a sign of some form to avoid kicking customers out in this rude manner.

Not only was the customer service very bad the cleanliness and hygiene, especially behind the counter, were poor and the coffee was below average and very disappointing. A waiter was eating behind the counter in the zone where food was being prepared, forcing me to further question their hygiene practices and priorities for their customers.

Went with a friend and ordered a cake (lemon cheese meringue), long black and chocolate ice cream smoothie. Friend said the chocolate smoothie was good but pricey (regular size $7-8~she didn't really care, she didn't pay....). My long black was decent but it didn't have crema which I prefer. At the time the coffee (small) was priced $3.8 now it is $4.80 and you can still get much better coffee at some other place for $3.8. Lemon meringue was seriously gross. The pastry had a hard play-doh texture and it was heavy and tasteless. The meringue was not soft like a cloud and it had a sticky almost glue-like texture (maybe too much preservative? Idk). REALLY BLOODY BAD EXPERIENCE in today 03/11/2017!!!

I've been told that only A SMALL COFFEE can be exchanged from Rewadle points. In Rewadle point, you can earn 5 points everytime when you buy a coffee. If you have 45 points, you can exchange to a free coffee.

I've been visiting this coffee shop for years, and exchanged to free coffee at least 6 times . All of that I was offered as a large coffee for free except today.

The lady told me that they can only offer a small coffee for free from Rewardle point. What a shame! Did I go to the wrong place for...
