Recently visited Atlantis On The Bay,Brighton-Le-Sands, with friends, and it was an incredible experience overall. The location of this restaurant is unbeatable, with stunning views of the bay, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long workday. The ambience was modern yet cozy, and the cleanliness of the space really stood out to me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed right from the start. The service was quick, efficient, and hassle-free, which I deeply appreciated. We tried several dishes, and each offered something unique: • GRILLED CHICKEN MUSHROOM This dish was the absolute star of the night. The chicken was grilled to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the creamy mushroom and black pepper sauce added a rich, hearty touch. The crispy fries and fresh steamed vegetables complemented the dish perfectly. • SUJUK I tried Sujuk for the first time, and while it wasn’t exactly to my taste, I could see how others might enjoy its bold, spicy flavors. The touch of lemon added a nice zing. • MIX PLATE VEGETARIAN This platter was a definite crowd-pleaser. It offered a variety of flavors and textures, from the freshness of the tabouleh to the crispy falafel and the creamy homous and baba ghanouj. The cauliflower and moujadara were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I highly recommend this for vegetarians or anyone wanting to explore a mix of Mediterranean delights. • CHICKEN SAMBOUSEK This was the only slight disappointment of the meal. While the pastry was crisp and cooked well, I was expecting a filling with chicken and other flavors. Instead, it was filled with cheese, which wasn’t what I had in mind. • PINA COLADA The Pina Colada was refreshing and perfectly balanced, with the right blend of pineapple and coconut flavors. It was a great drink to pair with the meal. This is definitely a place I’d recommend, whether for a casual outing or even a special occasion. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and the location amazing. If you’re in the Brighton-Le-Sands area and looking for a great dining experience with views to match, Atlantis On The Bay is a must-visit!

I heard a lot of adds on local radio regarding this restaurant. I always wanted to try it but it is not close to where l live. Today it was my first time. l was in the area with my 12yo son and we went there to try. One kibbi nayi and one battata harra what we ordered and thank god it was all. While my son, who was fond of kibbi and was hungry enjoyed it, l found it very average. As for the battata harra it was inedible. It looked off, smelled off and tasted... you could immagine. Complete disappointment for a restaurant as famous as this one. I made a complaint to the waiter and he took it saying that he will bring another one but l disagreed. Could not risk it again. But they insisted to charge us for it. The waiter said he cannot undo the order!!! To make things worst, the tea that l ordered to wash things out was cold. Even the sugar wouldn't melt in it! And the expensive Antlantis special juice that my son ordered ($17) was less than average, according to him, although it looked nice. I tried it and found it very bad, could not take more than one sip. We left it almost full. No wonder no one was there except us. Never again...

One star just so I can write about my worst experience. Otherwise they dont deserve that one star either. So I came with family and we ordered food at 9.20pm and till 10pm we didn't get anything I called one of the workers and they said " oh sorry we lost ur order paper because we are busy" like seriously restaurants are meant to be busy and that's not yet at 10.15pm they bring our food and everything was cold very disappointing and the fact that no one said sorry about it is very rude and the food actually made me feel very sick. Very poor management rude people and the quality of the food was very bad vary shameful of them NEVER GONNA COME HERE again and I will not recommend this restaurant for anyone we paid $125 such a bad food and customer service what a waste of time, money and food. Not happy with this restaurant at all.

I have never attended a middle eastern restaurant that is as unprofessional, hostile and rude as this one. For quite a massive crowd that had attended a very important dinner and social gathering, one which Atlantis conveniently advertises they cater to, have failed significantly. First and foremost, your waiters are completely inexperienced and unprofessional. Instead of winking at girls and giving them free food which belonged on our table (food which we willingly paid for), your waiters need to pay more attention to their actual customers who expect the best service. We asked for group platers which were served with attitude and not in their entirety (our vegan and vegetarian requests were never given). We were promised unlimited appetisers, we received no refills and when requested for refills, were met with annoyed and hostile responses. A simple cake we had provided them to bring out, they could not deliver without having an argument. A very disappointing experience, will be sure not to go there again or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
