A Monthly Delight with Exemplary Service at Omnia Brighton

I’ve been a regular at Omnia Brighton, visiting 2-3 times a month, and it’s an experience I eagerly look forward to each time. The reason for my frequent visits? The outstanding service. The staff here are not just efficient, but they bring a level of warmth and professionalism that elevates the entire dining experience.

The atmosphere at Omnia Brighton deserves a special mention. The moment you step in, you’re greeted by an ambiance that strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The attention to detail is evident, right down to the cutlery, which adds a refined touch to the table setting.

Now, let’s talk about the main attraction - the food. Each dish is a testament to the chef’s expertise, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a dinner outing, the menu offers a variety of choices to suit any palate.

What makes Omnia Brighton stand out is its consistency in delivering an exceptional dining experience. It’s not just a place where you eat; it’s where you’re made to feel special. For anyone looking for a restaurant that combines great food, an inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, I can’t recommend Omnia Brighton enough. It’s a gem that keeps me coming...

We first arrived they didn't have a table for us. We waited 30mins and sat down.

We ordered 4 steaks and a chicken dinner. The steaks were all medium and a well cooked. Some of them were scotch fillets, some were sirloin steaks and a T-bone.

The waitress kept bringing out steaks and saying "medium steak". We kept asking what steak it was; she had no idea. My steak was crap to be frank.

That artificial smoke they put in that jar added this wooden tint flavour to the steak. the first few bites tasted burnt. Digging further and trying to cut my raw steak was a mission. You'll see photos of my "medium steak".

The prices are "premium" for extremely below average steak. I've had better steak for $30. Even the mushroom sauce was just full of olive oil, it had no flavour at all.

Next to my steak all I had was a tiny bit of potato. You'd think they'd at least provide chips or mash potatoes. Next to it. At $12 for a plate of chips. They're just trying to push that extra.

Maybe it was the greek atmosphere with the Lebanese menu. Maybe it was the staff not knowing what they were cooking.

Overall it was expensive, overpriced, undercooked and the service was appauling. If you look at my other reviews you'll find I rarely ever give a 1 star but this...

Overall, our group was disappointed with the experience.

We booked in for 7 adults and 5 kids for an adult's birthday. Unfortunately, one of the adults were unwell and couldn't attend.

We opted for the banquet that clearly mentioned a minimum of 4 people. We were advised that if we wanted the banquet we would have to pay for 8 adults. I have never been to an establishment that operates in this manner.

The food was great but the service and treatment was infuriating. We requested to change the soft drinks to orange juice and that was one of the strangest discussions. It went from "we don't have orange juice" to " we don't make any changes" to a surprising appearance. We paid an extra $150 for two orange juice jugs and some nuggets for one child who has a food allergy.

Overall the food was cooked well, not authentic, but with some nice innovations.

Value for money, not for us.

Big group bookings. Absolute no.

Dinner for two, maybe, but once the sour taste of terrible service has...

We were conducting business in Sydney and were staying at different hotels in towns nearby. I actually took a cab to this hotel, the Novotel in Brighton le sands and ended up , a few minutes away, so be sure to give the cab driver the address. When I finally made it to Omnia I was glad this was the place where we were meeting for dinner. The restaurant is housed in an old traditional Mediterranean manor with a lot of tradition. The place is clean and functional and the service is prompt and very good. They have a good selection of beer and wine and a few cocktails. The menu has a french influence, which we liked, so we had a very nice meal. The appetizers were very good. The sommelier recommended a nice bottle of Spanish red wine to complement our duck and lamb entrees and we enjoyed it all. We did not leave enough room for desert so we did not have any but had a couple of very good after dinner drinks. Definitely a place to visit when you are

We were planning for a beach day and found this restaurant beautifully designed and decorated. So we just give it a try since they have breakfast menu. Environment 5/5 Love the design and the location is very close to the beach too. Service 5/5 Staff is very attentive. And I love the way they show their menu, on iPad!! With all the nice and colour pictures. You know most people look at images not the words. Spot on! Coffee 5/5 Maybe because of the vibes, any coffee will be nice! Croissants with egg and cheese 5/5 Huge portion, full of eggs, perfectly cooked cheese. 100%! Full mark for this! Lamb mansaf 5/5 My first try of this braised lamb shank with rice and yoghurt. I’m amazed, we can’t have enough of this dish honestly. Savoury, tender meat, well cooked rice, perfect match of yoghurt. Recommended dish - Croissants with egg and cheese - Lamb mansaf Will I come back again? 5/5 Absolutely! And there’s a lot more to try on the menu.
