Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe first arrived they didn't have a table for us. We waited 30mins and sat down.
We ordered 4 steaks and a chicken dinner. The steaks were all medium and a well cooked. Some of them were scotch fillets, some were sirloin steaks and a T-bone.
The waitress kept bringing out steaks and saying "medium steak". We kept asking what steak it was; she had no idea. My steak was crap to be frank.
That artificial smoke they put in that jar added this wooden tint flavour to the steak. the first few bites tasted burnt. Digging further and trying to cut my raw steak was a mission. You'll see photos of my "medium steak".
The prices are "premium" for extremely below average steak. I've had better steak for $30. Even the mushroom sauce was just full of olive oil, it had no flavour at all.
Next to my steak all I had was a tiny bit of potato. You'd think they'd at least provide chips or mash potatoes. Next to it. At $12 for a plate of chips. They're just trying to push that extra.
Maybe it was the greek atmosphere with the Lebanese menu. Maybe it was the staff not knowing what they were cooking.
Overall it was expensive, overpriced, undercooked and the service was appauling. If you look at my other reviews you'll find I rarely ever give a 1 star but this...

We booked in for 7 adults and 5 kids for an adult's birthday. Unfortunately, one of the adults were unwell and couldn't attend.
We opted for the banquet that clearly mentioned a minimum of 4 people. We were advised that if we wanted the banquet we would have to pay for 8 adults. I have never been to an establishment that operates in this manner.
The food was great but the service and treatment was infuriating. We requested to change the soft drinks to orange juice and that was one of the strangest discussions. It went from "we don't have orange juice" to " we don't make any changes" to a surprising appearance. We paid an extra $150 for two orange juice jugs and some nuggets for one child who has a food allergy.
Overall the food was cooked well, not authentic, but with some nice innovations.
Value for money, not for us.
Big group bookings. Absolute no.
Dinner for two, maybe, but once the sour taste of terrible service has...
