Bakers Delight Gymea — Restaurant in Sydney

This review is staff related - not about food. Negligent treatment and completely lack of Care duty! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this bread store. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell upon entering the store, resulting in a completely broken toenail and bleeding. What was even more disturbing was the staff's complete lack of concern for my well-being. Despite being visibly distressed and crying, the brunette staff member with blue eyes didn't offer any assistance or even ask if I was okay. Her indifference was shocking, and I expect more empathy from customer service representatives. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I always buy my bread from bakers delight. This week I was in the area so I stopped in to get my bread rolls. The lady assured me they were white bread rolls. They were not they were wholemeal. My kids do not eat wholemeal. I tried one and it tastes horrible. I would of preferred to be told they didnt have any then be lied to and waste money on food that has gone straight...

Every time I go into this store (3 times a week) the middle aged lady with tattoos seems to be in a bad mood and just generally rude (she also loads up the shelves with pastries wearing no gloves in the morning).
