John and the team were amazing last night when I came with my two young kids - they absolutely loved their chicken schnitzel and chips and my Greek salad was also perfect…but what really stood out was the care, kindness and consideration shown to me whilst my kids were being kids :) John insisted on bringing a plate and real cutlery (I’d ordered for pick up) so we could enjoy eating in, plus gave extra sauces for the squabbling kids and really made every effort to engage - super friendly and I truly valued the service! This location gets busy around lunch hours, but my take out order came quickly. Impressive to see they had about 12 staff on for a week day afternoon! Good for the local economy.

I had to repeat myself twice because the girl at the counter was not listening. I asked for one drink, they charged me for 2. They couldn’t find the drink on their computer system. Once we corrected the order, they brought a different drink to the one I ordered. Food came out, no serviettes were provided. I suppose they thought we should wipe our faces with our sleeves.
