So, the menu board says "Iced Latte with your choice of milk: $5.50" This implies you will get an iced latte with any milk for $5.50. Awesome! In reality, you'll get charged an extra $2 for soy milk (you can buy a bottle for $3 from Coles?) So, in the end it was $7.50 for an iced coffee that I finished in under 10 sips. Not only a rip off, but slightly insulting due to the small quantity of liquid actually in the cup. This is a real shame because the rest of the reviews are great for this cafe. I will be going elsewhere for a *much* better deal where the menu isn't misleading or exorbitantly priced.

The coffee was good, but be aware that they charge an extra $2 for alternative milk which is at least twice more then any other place. I was surprised to pay $6.50 for a small almond milk coffee and $8.50 for an almond milk iced latte. Unfortunately, these prices were not listed on the board or menu, which felt misleading and disappointing. Clear pricing is essential for customer trust, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously by ensuring all charges are clearly displayed.

A local cafe that I've always enjoyed, but sadly disappointed today after ordering a bacon and egg roll for breakfast. The roll was quite obviously prepared earlier and reheated by squashing in the sandwich press which unfortunately overcooked the egg, made the yolk hard and rendered the roll 'flat'. I understand that it makes the busy breakfast rush easier to manage, it's just a bit disappointing when you were expecting something a bit better.

OMG, this place!!!!!

CDC has THE best coffee in Gymea, the blend you can tell is a fantastic mix of beans and the baristas have been trained well not to burn the pour.

The mix of in house food is more than just your standard bacon and eggs or toastie (even though they are very good).

If you are lucky enough that CDC has not sold out of Tuna Rice Bake or Chicken & Leek Pie, it is a must!

The staff are some of friendliness and down to earth and it’s a credit to the owners for keeping it up vibe and happy.

If only they were open on a Friday night for cocktails, that would be an absolute treat because they do everything else so well.

Love everything...

I recently visited for brunch, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The staff were outstanding—so welcoming, smiling, and full of energy. They were fantastic with my family, making us feel right at home. The vibe of the place was perfect; it had a relaxed, conversational atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy our time together.

The food was delicious—easily one of the best poached eggs I’ve ever had! And the apple juice? Absolutely fantastic—refreshing and full of flavor. As for the coffee, the baristas were phenomenal. I could’ve easily ordered a litre of their beautifully crafted brew. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I’ll definitely...
