So i went last night at their punchbowl outlet and I ordered a single chicken Mandi i paid for the food and sat down. Firstly they never have at first what you want to order simply they will say its not available i still ordered bcz I haven’t had anything from morning i was hungry so sat down and starting waiting for my food everyone around me were getting their food before me and after patiently waiting for 25 mints I went to the counter and inquired about my food. The girl at the counter said will be served in 2 mints. As i was very hungry i sat down again. After 20 more mints went past where at that point I really lost my supper. I went to the counter and asked for the refund and you won’t believe what happened the girl at the counter simply handed over my money to me charged for my drink and said bye. That’s the sort of pathetic rudeu and unprofessional staff they have. They removed single quarter mandi from their menu and now they are overcharging for half chicken which clearly one person cant eat just to make more money. For swear if someone offers me a million dollars I would never go to this place ever again in my whole life. After waiting for 45 mints waiting for a single money what did i got out of it just bye. Recently opened in the vicinity but has been doing great. Impressive guys. You guys have introduced a spicy Mandi and added those special subcontinent spices to make it more delicious. Not to forget the subcontinent spices have been making big differences since Mughals era when Britain and Chinese use to trade with us. The options available in chicken mandi are impressive however for the mutton mandi needs some improving. The manager Rashid is a very kind and humble guy, I still remember when I asked him for providing catering to Ramadan dinner party and he happily accepted and was offering full support. One last request is plz serve hot food to the last customers as well, as we drive from Wollongong just to have a dinner at M.A.Mandi and on one occasion I was given the cold rice, and a chicken piece that was not so good experience. Food is absolutely amazing every single time. Rice, meat, sauces 10/10 every single time which is why we keep coming back. The thing that we found upsetting was during ramamdan I had arranged for 2 trays of Rice and 2 shoulders to he picked up at 6pm (iftar was at 7pm) they didn't have the food ready until 7:10pm (over 1 hour later than expected). I had about 15 people over so that was pretty stressful. What was even more frustrating was that they were giving unreasonable times for people's food to be ready. For example telling my husband 15mins when it was 1hour wait and other customers the same. Even when they knew they had reached full capacity they still took on more orders.

Please, only take on what you can. It's not pleasant having to wait more than an hour for your food! Might think twice before ordering for a big group of...
