very rude staff(2 female staff ). yesterday evening I went to buy nut biscuit 500 gm which was $28 / kg. the staff who served me gave the biscuit & told it's $18.5. I was surprised and asked why this price ,it should be $14. she told there is 100 gm more biscuit than 500gm. i was confused as i thought it might be less than $18.5 even i take 600gm. Then another staff rudely told me you have 100 gm more so have to pay $18.5. it was a busy time so i didn't argue with them. gave them $18.6 even it was more than my bill. when I gave her money she told me' give that madam (another staff)'. so you guys think you are Sir/ Madam !? Disgusting service from all the female staff there, especially from the ugly female lady who is dark, short, chubby and has big round gold nose stud, VERY RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, TALKING BETWEEN THEMSELVES IN THEIR OWN SLUM LANGUAGE, SPEAK ENGLISH OR GO BACK TO YOUR SLUM UNHYGIENIC COUNTRY!!!! Great desserts and selection. However, cigarette buds all over the place. Really disturbing to walk by. Definitely giving negative perception to people visiting the suburb/ the area especially the fact that they are a corner shop and gets a lot out of foot traffic.

I hope they would just put an ash tray on the table for the cigarette buds. It is disgusting to walk by and definitely visitors would not be pleased of what they will see when they walk by during busy hours, especially if you are a female.
