Food tasted good and well presented.

I was a bit upset from a customer service staff’s response to an error from one of their colleagues, I ordered a plate with bananas, mangoes and strawberries but instead I got something different. I asked one of the staff members what happened and she said they don’t sell mangoes. I sat back down and ate the plate as I do not want it to be thrown away

After finishing the plate I came to the front firstly mentioning I am neither looking for a refund, discount or another plate, I just wanted to mention that if a customer requests something and you do not have it, so not give them something different and explain to then your options. A staff member became rather defensive and did not even let me finish explaining, pointing at the screen that the plate comes with pineapple and you ordered that plate.

it was his colleague that took the order, and said yes to my request. I understand the plate does not come with mangoes as standard but when taking the order, mention that, I could have bought a different plate or juice or even ice cream.

I hope management sees this and assists staff with some direction regarding dealing with complaints, and accepting special orders when they should not be accepting them

The food was great, and this is constructive feedback, and I hope my next trip to Granville from Wollongong is a better experience at Bakir’s sweet...

We went after reading the good reviews on Google, but found their service very disappointing. There were 3-4 people behind the counter but only one was serving the customer. Others were having their own enjoyment. No placards were placed in front of the icecreams (so we could not make a decision). The men behind the couter were least interested in serving or helping you. Finally when we tried to take help from the man serving customer, he told the name of the icecream we asked without even making an eye contact with us and than shouted 'Next customer'. The shop was not busy at all at that time so we found his behavior ridiculous and demeaning. We saw no friendlyness or an eagerness to serve customers among those people. BIG 'NO' TO SUCH PLACE GUYS! Wish we could give them...

Walking in the rain, and still pretty warm evening. Feeling for something cool and sweet. Sight of the store looks so welcoming with the led's lightings on the ceilings and the rows of ice cream. The setup of the catering is neat and tidy.

Two different choices available. It's either ice creams or fresh juices bar on offer. Or go nuts and have BOTH 😂 😆

We did ordered both between us, though I did restrained myself ordering a double scoop cup of ice cream. It's great having others with you, more choices available to you to taste test 😁
