Very dissapointed with my recently visit

I ordered a bacon and egg roll with crispy bacon but instead received burnt bacon. It was inedible and went straight to the bin.

I also ordered a small oat cappuccino “warm,” but it was served boiling hot. When I politely raised this with the staff, the lady looked at me angrily and asked if I wanted it remade.

Meanwhile, at least five other customers who ordered after me received their coffees before mine.

Additionally, my son’s iced chocolate was extremely sweet and not enjoyable.

Great coffee the two younger ladies are lovely and fabulous baristas. Costs a bit more than other coffee venues in the area. It’s easy to pull up on Blackbutts Rd and walk in no need to go to a busy shopping centre. The owner god love her is very friendly but I would say I don’t like the way she makes my coffee.
