Taste Baguette — Restaurant in Sydney

Purchased takeaway order of a couple of chicken ready made baguettes, a plain baguette and four small round bread rolls. Noticed the charge on my credit card of $77.67 I was shocked. Called a few times and left messages, no reply. I went back to them next day at a quiet time to very politely question the overcharge. I was even more shocked at the bad attitude and rudeness of the girl that claimed to be the manager. We have supported this local business for many years with good reviews. Spent what one would qualify as a lot of money there but after today's rude reception and lack of care this will not be happening anymore. Been here a few times. Food is great but the staff absolutely suck. Today after being ignored by the guy at the register I was served by someone with a stone face with no hello or goodbye. The time before last I was given a roll I didnt ask for. I asked for a Ban Mi but with Crispy Pork Belly for filling pretty simple right? Wrong. Instead I got some cream cheese garbage pork roll it was disgusting and a waste of money as most of it went in the bin. I didn't realise I received the wrong roll until I was home so I tried to eat it. Again staff not caring not listening. The Ban Mi ive actually had from there is great so are their baguettes, pastries, sausage rolls, salad bowls and coffee. I will return I just hate the staff there (not all) and I will never tip and I always check...

We visited here from the UK whilst visiting my Brother in Frenchs Forest. This place has poor customer service. We didnt feel welcomed at all and the girl behind the till could do with learning how to smile. She seemed impatient as we decided on our order. I think we were more of an irritation to her. The quiche I had, whilst it tasted nice was a bit too runny and could have been baked a little longer. The sausage role my wife had was also not the best.
