Extremely Disappointed with the Service – Boost Macarthur Square

Absolutely terrible customer service tonight. My husband was standing at the cashier ready to place an order, with still 10 minutes until closing, and three staff members were just standing around, chatting and ignoring him completely for over five minutes. Not one of them acknowledged him or even had the courtesy to say they were closing soon.

When I finally spoke up and asked if they were closed, one of the girls responded rudely and dismissively, saying, "Yeah, we’re closed in a few minutes." That’s not how you treat paying customers, especially when the store is clearly still open.

If the team can’t be bothered to serve in the final 10 minutes, they shouldn’t advertise being open until that time. Unprofessional and lazy behaviour. This kind of attitude gives the brand a bad name.

Wouldn’t recommend visiting this location—plenty of other places in the centre where staff actually respect...
