I asked for a breakfast plate with egg whites, I said I would pay for extra egg whites so make it four egg whites.

I asked the rude staff if they added dairy to my egg whites, and she confirmed they add milk thickener and cream. I thought it’s common knowledge that egg whites are a healthy alternative. Never seen anyone add cream.

I told her I just want normal egg whites no add ons. Can they re do just the eggs.

I said I didn't want salt on the chips and they added chicken salt my baby didn't like it with salt.

She told me twice you cannot make egg whites without it will be dry, I said please just make them normal no add ons.

I asked for the chips to be re-made she threw away the tops chips and brought back a smaller serving of the same salted chips

They brought us a egg white thick Pattie, sorry but everything tasted horrible and there attitude...

If I could give a minus five I would. I wanted to have breakfast out with my toddler before our appointment and decided to try somewhere new. I ordered Corn Fritters. I arrived there at 9:25am. By 9:50am everyone else were eating their food or were leaving. I notified the waiter and he didn’t seem fussed. 10 minutes later I get told that there was a mix up and I should wait 7 minutes. Well guess what? Another 10 minutes later no food. At this point my toddler is crying from hunger and I’m late to my appointment. I went up to the counter, and the food still wasn’t ready whilst others were being served. 1 hour and no food. I had to leave for my appointment and had to pick up the cold food an hour later. Was I compensated? No. Was there any explanation? No. Instead they acted like it was no big deal with a “sorry about that”. Believe me when I say I’ll be spreading the word around. Avoid at all cost! They WILL rip you off! They overcharged me $5.18 for a bottle of coke Tuesday and when I went in on the Wednesday and asked for another bottle of coke while showing my card the lady was going to charge me $5 when I asked for my 20 cents back from the day prior, she stated the other day was a surcharge. Well how come I wasn’t charged a surcharge today when you knowingly seen me with my card AND YOU ONLY TYPED $5 on the eftpos machine?! She didn't have anything to say.
