Ok walked to the counter and the girl didn't bother looking at me whilst giving a 'Yes'? In a lack luster, can't be really bothered to look in my direction. No good morning, hello, how are you nothing... not a good first impression and a way to get me to come back.

I found a free table, but was still cluttered from last customer and a wee while later was cleared. I asked the young lady who was cleaning table if there was wifi available and she simple said No and walked away. The breakfast was average as was coffee the breakfast plate was cold, for $26 I expect a hot plate for my food. Guys in this day and age perhaps think about customer service - a smile and a good Morning goes a long way, even in peek times. Free wifi for not only gen Y, but us baby boomers please it's the norm !! Finally do something about the dam flies, no excuse there are ways to reduce them.
