Fresh and fabulous. A range of sushi already prepared, or they will make to order. Also have sushi trays with a number of different options. Their party trays are also excellent, although I always forget what each of the different options is called, and they need a little bit of time to make it. My favourite is the mini roll and I always mistakenly call it the sushi tray. Posting photo as much for my own reference, but check pricing if you call to order. Looks even more delicious...

We recently celebrated a family birthday and ordered 2 mini roll party trays as appetisers which was plenty for 25ppl. It was a great selection of tuna, salmon, avocado, cucumber and chicken. Perfect finger food size. The rolls were so fresh and delicious. And great that there was plenty of ginger, wasabi and soy. We will definitely order again. We love Sazuki Sushi. It's the best...
