Breadtop Blacktown — Restaurant in Sydney

Couldn't imagine they sold 2 icy pineapple buns and a coconut loaf from the fridge to me on 17/2/23 early morning at about 8:20 ,the 2nd day right after their renovation... Totally disappointed and promise never come back, mate...

Thanks for the owner's reply! But as what you explained as the" so called "food rules....I really have queries. The bread that I had purchased from your bakery before were always fresh and hot ,then do you mean the way that they treat those bread are wrong? I am your regular customer for years and I always visit your shop early morning before my work, the reason that I keep coming back is mainly because of your hot and freshly made bread every morning. The hot pineapple buns that I always purchased before your renovation were always crispy but the icy ones that I bought last Friday were not crispy as well as a bit too soft and soggy. The coconut loaf was not only icy, it's really soggy too. One more thing,Mr. owner,I had worked in bakery shop for 6 years before, I think I can distinguish what's fresh !But anyway, thanks for your time,i m also working in the retail, I guess getting customer's comments is a good...

I used to buy from this shop regularly. I stopped about 2 years ago due to a cashier behaving very rudely. Firstly, there were not even basic greetings like "hello" or "how are you?" Or even "thank you." I was taking a few seconds to count my change and she was muttering in her own language which I could understand. She was scoffing me for taking more than a few seconds to count my change. I reported this to the head office in an email. They were apologetic but did not offer anything. This is how you lose customers. But I guess they don't need me. They have plenty of other customers. But what I'm talking about here is basic human courtesy like greetings and thanks. Even if you're not in business, you would still have that...
