Canât believe the terrible service that Iâve witnessed 3 times in a row from this store, I used to enjoy coming here but theyâve seem to have gone downhill.
First time I figured it was just a simple mistake, I ordered the special burger for it to have none of the truffle hot sauce that was included, I notified the staff and was met with a condescending tone of âitâs there you just canât taste itâ and they begrudgingly put me extra when I asked. Seemed okay at the time, then I went another time, ordered the same burger and ordered the extra sauce right off the bat and to my surprise there was none again, the staff then refused to put me the extra sauce unless I paid again despite them seeing clearly I didnât have the sauce. Again, itâs not the end of the world, but it was a bummer.
But this one was just a whole other level too far! My brother ordered a burger, to which they mistakenly put bacon on, being Muslim, we canât eat bacon and require the burger to be remade, literally every other restaurant weâve ever been to wouldâve acknowledge the mistake and remake the burger when asked. The staff told my brother that he has to pay for the burger AGAIN if he wants it remade? How does that make any sense? We have to pay over their mistake, for a burger that shouldnât have had bacon to begin with. What an absolute insult to our dietary needs, if you accidentally put nuts on a dish and I was allergic, would I have to pay to have it remade too? Where do you draw the line here? Its the lack of respect that the staff showed and the abysmal logic behind having to reorder a burger that was made wrong to begin with.
They refused to remake the burger and refused to refund us it either because theyâll âlose money that wayâ⌠sorry to break it to you buddy but if one burger is at risk of breaking your business you have bigger problems.
Never giving this franchise time of day again and will actively discourage my friends and family from returning after that. Hope this review gets seen by other muslims who decide to try this place out and they can see that Burger Point thinks their needs are a joke not to be respected.
Considering the price you pay for these items you would expect them to pay the attention to serve...
Read moreI emailed Burger Point five days ago as they left a comment below. No response. This place is not gluten free friendly and don't seem to care about those with allergies. As a coeliac to other coeliacs I recommend you do not go.
Originally I gave this 4 stars but it's been taken down to 1. I spent several hours with a mild-medium headache a few hours after eating lunch here as well as feeling tired, lethargic and experiencing stomach pain. There must have been some cross contamination. Maybe the fries were cooked in the same fryer as other food that contains gluten or the gluten free burger bun cut on the same board as regular bread, I'm not sure. Either way, it sucks as I was told by the kitchen that the fries were gluten free and burger was gluten free. Not cool.

Burger point has gluten free burger buns for an extra $2 as well as their cheese sauce and chips being gf (the wait person asked the kitchen) so plenty of options if you coeliacs wanna sink your teeth in! The reason it's not a 5 star review; the gf burger bun was quite cold and frozen in the middle. I have no issue with gf buns being frozen so they keep longer - I get it. To the chefs/cooks, make sure it's completely toasted before sending it out to a customer next time. Us coelicas want to have a great burger experience too. I didn't want to complain as it was busy but still, it would've been better toasted/warm. The cheese sauce is rad! It has that good fake cheese taste. The Madagascan Vanilla milkshake is better than the vanilla shake from Maccas, not as good as a Chargrill Charlies shake though: those are unbeatable. The wait staff were nice, friendly and super on it with them jumping between taking orders and cleaning tables. Fast service too. Check out my insta or tripadvisor @theglutenfreeminx for more...
Read moreBeen here a couple of times with friends and relatives and always going home full and happy. Highly recommended place to dine out with the whole fam. My favorite is Boss Burger double patty. The presentation is very nice from the bun, sauce, caramelised beetroot, patty and onion with a crispy fries on the side tastes perfect and just the right portion for my appetite. They offer a wide range of choices for burgers, chicken wings, fries and desserts including milkshakes, kids meal, vegan burger, gluten free bun and the famous cheese dip. Their southern fried wings is a winner and it comes with a gravy. They have buffalo wings as well that is glazed in a sweet style bbq sauce. They also offer hot and spicy fried wings. Chicken Nuggets for the kids tastes good as well. If you've been here for a couple of times, i recommend to try their special burgers/meal and dont forget to upgrade your meal for fries and drinks (milkshake upgrade). The price for the burgers is reasonably fair as it is a gourmet burger and the foid is of high quality. If you are a heavy eater, i recommend to customise your meal to your liking add one more patty or crispy chicken. If you have allergies/health conditions such as pregnancy, lactorse intolerance etc please make sure to advise the staff when ordering your meal so they can give you more options to choose from. Time of the day thats good to go here is probably after lunch on a weekdays, or before lunch time. The shop tends to be busy by lunch and dinner everyday. Expect that there will be a queue during weekends and holidays. The place is nice and neat and has lots of tables. If going there by group you can request for long table seating and they'll be happy to assist you. The front staff are nice and...
