Worst experience ever. We went to the Marsden park shop today (Tuesday 9th October,) we were a group of 8. We went to the counter ordered our drinks and cakes and as we got our orders and sat down we were told that they were closing in 2 minutes. Not even 2 minutes, the staff came and asked us to leave as they were closed. We were literally kicked out even though the female staff was cleaning the tables outside. We have been to so many other coffee shops but never have we been treated like how we were treated at star bucks Marsden park. I think the management need to give more training to staff on how to treat customers. We had to stand outside the shop to finish our cakes and coffee. We were not even allowed to sit outside. My question to the management is "is this the type of training you give to your staff". We understand the shop was closed but they should have at least allowed us to finish with our drinks first. There was no closing times written on the doors that we could see and when we asked the staff she said yes we don't have one yet. Read moreUpdate 18 Jul 23 What garbage service, drive through took my order, no thankyou/hi or any common courtesy, get to the window and the useless attendant makes me completely re-do the order from scratch after he already read it back to me. Forgot butter, waited for ages and absolutely no greetings, pleasantries or evidence of these two guys giving a single F$#% about service or urgency frankly. Typical Sydney, like how hard is a smile, good afternoon and have a good arvo. Go anywhere else if you can. You guys need to pull your finger out, been going here for over 12months and the last few weeks have been a mess. Orderee two coffees and food, waiting ages only to be given the wrong coffe still labelled as my order - handed it back and was then given two more 'correct coffee' both meant to be white mocha's.
