Oporto Marsden Park Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

This is my local store and I do visit store every week it’s been now 4th time in a month I specially mentioned I want fresh burger and fresh chips in a Bondi burger meal but every time I just got cold burger and chips I tried to call the store multiple time within 5-10 mins but phone number never work I don’t know why but it’s a pathetic experience I just thought it’s okay if it’s just happened one or twice but sorry paying $17-$18 and getting cold food not a fair deal at all just to FYI I always order drive through

This is new update again I am having Worst experience from last 2 months non stop I am gonna talk about today I spent $40 roughly there today and ordered family meal with instructions that I need fresh burgers pls and I did double check at window as well the girl did mentioned to kitchen staff in front of me and I received 4 cold burger I have above review I am just updating this with more proof that what you guys doing I would definitely prefer to go to Bligh park now because you don’t care about any of these complaints as I did even ask in store last time and instead of doing anything store person provided a link so I can lodge feedback this is today’s experience..also on last review the link you mentioned never...

Let me start by saying that I really love Oporto, so this review is only directed specifically to the Marsden park store. I went for drive through, and was very disappointed when I got home and realized they forgot my sons lunch order, this can happen and I completely understand. After driving all the way back there (20m drive) they seemed shocked when I asked them to not only give me the order they previously left out, but also to cook mine fresh too as mine was now 45m old at home stone cold. They did not like my request but somewhat begrudgingly complied. I was handed the bag with no apology or even any words for that matter, which upon checking noticing that they now forgot my chips. As I told them this I received a filthy look from another staff memeber and had a small chips basically thrown at me. I don't understand how these guys intend to run a successful business here when they keep stuffing up constantly ( most other reviews on here are mainly negative). Seroiusly guys you are running a chicken shop not planning a mission to mars, it shouldn't be this difficult, I will never go back...

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but we had lunch today at Oporto in Marsden Park and it was honestly a five star experience.

The store was impressively clean, even cleaner than many sit-down restaurants we have visited. It made me feel really comfortable and happy to eat there with my family.

What really stood out was the lovely girl at the counter, I believe her name was Anika. She was genuinely friendly, patient and warm, especially while my four year old took her time deciding what she wanted. It is rare to come across such clear, respectful and kind service in a fast food setting.

Anika smiled, spoke beautifully and made the whole ordering process feel calm and easy. To Anika’s manager: you are incredibly lucky to have her on your team. She is a true asset and represents everything that great customer service should be.
