I strongly recommend that you stay absolutely far away from this store. They are unethical lying and unreliable and messed around myself and my pregnant wife for over an hour. So I initially rang up as I was unsure if I was within their area of delivery or not. After some back and forth they determined I was out of area but state they would make an “exception” by charging me a little more to deliver. We settled on a price of $55 including delivery for 2 pizzas and 2 sides. Whilst giving my details the phone hangs up. So I call back and a gentleman tells me I have to wait as his talking to his manager. Now having studied and spent time in India I know Indian. I could hear them swearing and referring to me as a banchoud (a highly derogatory Indian term) they kept going back and forth and again the phone cut out. I called back once more but this time the manager answered stating “my employee did not know we can’t do that” I said mate he agreed and even gave me a price what’s going on. Manager states “sorry it’s not in our area I can’t put it in the system”. To which he then states “maybe I can put it as a pick up and we will deliver and you just give me cash”. I said ok to which I again overheard them swearing and carrying on and again the phone cut out. I called back and this time was connected to the call centre who stated they spoke to the manager and he said he would call me to confirm the order and organise delivery and they gave me the direct number to the store. I called the store to confirm and the man that answered was happy to converse until I identified myself after which time he started to pretend that the phone was cutting out and he could not hear me. So I decided to drive to the store when I walked in I noticed the phone left off the hook so as to not receive calls. When I asked the manager what was with the phone he said “oh we have some annoying guy calling us”. Little did he know that annoying guy was me. I turned around and left. I will NEVER be back here again you are a bunch of unprofessional incompetent individuals who need some serious customer...

!!!MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!! As I write this review, I am currently I am still trying to find our pizza order - worth almost $60.

I ordered pizza to be delivered and followed the tracker but when it got to tracking the delivery of the order, the tracker wasn't working. When I tried to call the store they could not put me through because they are 'busy' before ending the call, telling me someone will call me. I have been calling back every time for the last 20mins and I still cannot get through to them. Over the phone the automated system says it was delivered at 1:36pm - it is now 2:01pm and we still have not received it OR the phone call their website says we would receive upon delivery.

This is the worst display of customer service I have experienced with a delivery service from a fast food chain. You are not allowing a direct line to the store to ask questions re: orders ALREADY PAID FOR. You ask for "instructions for delivery" which I clearly stated to call prior to delivery, to ensure someone is outside waiting long before you arrive to ensure a smooth delivery (something I do not have to offer but I did to help) Writing on your website that a call would be placed once delivered

While finishing typing this review the pizza has arrived, at 2:10pm for an order put in at 1:06pm to a store 15mins away from delivery location.

This will be my first and last time buying from this store but do as you may with my review (slightly fuelled...

Based on the excellent photos and honest, helpful reviews of this place, I see no reason to visit as there's nothing nostalgic about the store from the 80's and 90's from my childhood that I feel my children would benefit from the visit. I can't justify travelling several hundred kilometres out of our way just to visit a glorified food court typical dining experience that is as cold, unwelcoming and sterile as a cotton ball without much attention to detail unlike the old pizza huts of the last millennium which were warm, welcoming and had real charm by their decor and quirky design. This one plain sucks and is a load of rubbish. There's nothing here remotely from my childhood. I'm not that ancient, but most certainly the memory of what today's managers and CEO's think is a nostalgic experience of yesteryears gone bye must be invisible because I don't see it. There aren't booths here. There's no pizza bar. No salad bar. No real dessert bar. If you're going to claim to be bringing something back, you had better not deliver a below average experience when playing with the awesome experience people once had. Shame on you for having grossly underestimated your customers' memories and treated them like morons. We're not stupid to buy into a below standard revamp of a classic. And don't bother replying to this review with your bogas automatic generic reply. It is as unimpressive as your cold 21st century...

I love this place, they have an option on the menu they call it unlimited pizza, which means you pay $20 and you can eat pizza as much as you want in all flavours i mean you can order 10 pizzas in all their flavours also unlimited pop corn and unlimited ice cream, i recommend this place to those people who eat a lot

Service was great. Quick and straight forward. Weekend surcharge, at the beginning the pizza looked great, it was under cooked and doughy, the prices were not cut evenly or all the way through in places. The topping fell out when thing to lift it away from the rest of the pizza.

We went here to grab some lunch before hitting the IKEA store. Expect your typical pizza hut quality experience in terms of the food quality. But the menu has some decent specials depending on what time you're there. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.
